Comfortable room & great service when I needed it most!!!
Pros:

Unfortunately, I missed my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in Chile. Jorge from customer service was extremely empathetic about my situation and made everything much easier. He was very friendly and provided excellent service.
The room they gave me was super comfortable and spacious, which allowed me to properly rest after the stressful experience at the airport.
I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are very friendly and supportive, and the location is excellent. Rodrigo, the manager, is a great boss — that’s clearly why the whole environment feels so positive and welcoming.

The accommodations were great, but the staff was even better! They truly value their guests.
Pros:

Great experience staying here for a week on buisness. The staff was absolutely amazing, particularly Gracey who works at the entrance to the restaurant. She greated me by name every single day for breakfast and ensured everything I needed was always taken care of. Truly went above and beyond with her service!! Thanks Gracey!
