Experiência maravilhosa no Chile

Excelente atendimento desde a chegada. Além de atenciosos e organizados, nos surpreenderam com brindes incríveis, pois era aniversário da minha esposa. Fora a surpresa no dia do aniversário.
A estrutura do hotel é excelente, muito próxima ao costanera center.

BUENO CON DETALLES básicos subsanables.

Una habitación moderna, nueva, limpia y silenciosa.
Cercano a centros comerciales.
Disponibilidad de estacionamientos en el subterraneo.

Cons:

No había servicio de alimentación a la habitación. Tampoco el frigo bar estaba con snacks disponibles.
El roller del blackout estaba en mal estado. A las 08.30 am., el sol incomodaba el dormir.
La falta de cubiertos y bajilla sobre la mesa en el comedor, relentizaba el desayuno.
