Staff was helpful and professional. I could relax when I was not out on an excursion.

The hotel was nice and staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I was pleased with everything. The hotel was clean . Breakfast was good.

Una buena opción para alojarse... con detalles mínimos que podrían ajustarse

Es la tercera vez que voy al alojamiento. Es un hotel silencioso. El desayuno cumple, sin ser espectacular.
Está a unas 4 cuadras de uno de los principales shoppings de Santiago, el Costanera Center.

Cons:

Me parece increíble que no cuenten con una máquina de hielo y la única opción sea llevarse un vaso con hielo de la barra de la planta baja del hotel.

Pedí que me prestaran un adaptador para el enchufe y me lo cobraron... a lo sumo lo podrían haber cobrado si lo perdía o no lo devolvía.

Las habitaciones NO tienen placares. La ropa queda en un estante a la vista de todo el mundo.

Joyful, Sunny and Funny!
Pros:

Amazing and comfy, the staff provides everything you need, the swimming pool has an incredible sunlight which provides a hot and delightful water.
Complete and delicious breakfast, a huge wine list and delicious IPAs at the bar.
Design is just fancy and minimalist.
Complete fantastic experience!

Todo excelente, lo recomiento
Pros:

Todo perfecto, desayuno, ubicación, limpieza, atención del personal. Sin palabras

Cons:

La habitación ventila de forma artificial, con un aire acondicionado, no tiene ventilación natural. El desayuno si bien es abundante y muy completo, todos los días se repite, estuvimos 4 noches. Lo único que mejoraría, el resto todo perfecto!
