Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, fussläufig zu Metro und der Mall, sichere Umgebung, freundliches Personal, komfortable Zimmer, tolles Gym. Insgesamt gut zu empfehlen.
Frühstück ist ordentlich, leider war das Ei immer kalt. Hier könnte man leicht Abhilfe schaffen, in dem man die Heizplatte anmacht.

Quarto muito pequeno ! Pra 4 ficou um pouco limitado mais no fim deu tudo certo ! E faltou ter um pão de queijo e bolos no café mantém muito brasileiro no Chile poderia ter mais opções compatíveis com que tomamos no Brasil ! Mais no tudo tava tudo ótimo
Os funcionários são bem educados e gentis, o hotel prepara café da manhã para levar nos dias que saímos para passeio bem cedo e a comida do restaurante é uma delicia.
O chuveiro vazava água por cima e o travesseiro não é confortável.
