Um lugar agradável e bem localizado.
Pros:

Tudo muito bonito, bem cuidado, decoração e conforto excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso!

Hotel céntrico y acogedor
Pros:

Su ubicación inmejorable, a 3 cuadras del Mall Costanera y de la Torre Sky. Zona muy segura para pasear incluso de noche.

Cons:

El desayuno si bien estuvo bueno, variaba poco día a día. La piscina no es temperada, a tener en cuenta por el frío chileno.

Recepção atenciosa

Cons:

Café da manha foi exatamente o mesmo durante uma semana, zero atrativo.
A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, o ar-condicionado mesmo desligado faz um barulho altíssimo, a porta do banheiro interfere na pia, a água do chuveiro oscila a temperatura o tempo inteiro durante o banho.
Me parece muito mais um hotel executivo do que pensado para hóspedes em férias o que faz muita diferença em pequenos detalhes de gentileza e hospitalidade.
