Hotel muy bonito y moderno. Muy buena ubicación y un barrio muy tranquilo. Muchas tiendas cerca y lugares para comer.
La ducha con muy poca presión, dificultaba lavarse bien. El restaurante del hotal era caro para la calidad de la comida.
Atencion del personal, limpio, centrico , entorno muy tranquilo y bonito.
Que el lavamanos estuviera fuera del baño , es decir en el espacio donde uno duerme, eso es imcómodo.
Hotel muito bonito e muito bem localizado. Possui um bebedouro em cada andar, possibilitando encher garrafas de água. Bom café da manhã. Rua tranquila, próximo ao shopping e ao metrô. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.
Tivemos 2 pequenos problemas, nada grave, mas incomodos. Ao chegar, o Frigibar não estava funcionando. Avisamos na recepção e ficaram de averiguar no dia seguinte. Pela manhã reforçamos o problema mas, quando chegamos a noite, ainda estava ruim. Tivemos de ir na recepção pela terceira vez. Por sorte, havia uma pessoa da manutenção no hotel, e assim o problema foi resolvido. Além disso, tivemos de pedir a reposição do sabão líquido também na recepção, pois acabou no segundo dia e nos 2 seguintes não foi reposto pelas camareiras. No mais, notei um.pouco de poeira nas grades do corredor, mas acho que o próprio layout do hotel prejudica um pouco essa limpeza.
