Buen desayuno
Lo que más me gusto fue lo cómoda que eran las camas y las almohadas. La deco del hotel y la habitación era muy linda. El desayuno era muy completo. La ubicación me resultó muy cómoda. El barrio es muy tranquilo, hay varios restaurantes y bares cerca y está a unas cuadras del shopping.
Cenamos en el restaurant del hotel y la carta, me pareció acotada y no comimos muy bien. Creo que podría mejorar.
Calidez del personal, buena atención, buenos amenities. El desayuno bastante variado y bien.
Las camas demasiado blandas (se hunden) aunque dentro de todo bien. Los ascensores con poco tiempo de puertas abiertas
Gostei de tudo.

Good location
Arriving with big bags, and staff watching me struggle to manage the door open and bags and not even offering to help hold the door (2 people on the front desk just watching, no guests to occupy them). Room is very dark - not enough light especially in the evenings. Breakfast is disappointing.
Quite a decent hotel in a district that is generally considered safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but good enough if your main goal is to explore the city. The beds were comfortable and everything was generally clean. The pool is tiny, but fine for a short afternoon break.
Breakfast was the weakest point for me - I expected better quality, especially when it comes to the famous Chilean bread and avocado.

Ao entrarmos no quarto, havia fitas crepe no banheiro indicando que havia sido feita aplicação de silicone naquela mesma data. O quarto ficou cheirando a plástico 2 dias. Terem deixado as fitas me parece um descaso do hosekeeping. Não havia ganchos para toalha de rosto. Fizemos um request de café da manhã to go em um dos dias que saímos antes do horário do restaurante e não puseram a ordem. Nossa saída atrasou cerca de 20 minutos esperando os lanches ficarem prontos e, quando vieram, trouxeram iogurte em temperatura ambiente (impróprio para consumo) e sanduíches feitos com pão dormido (duro).

Los cuartos muy chicos. El baño sumamente incómodo. Toallas chicas.
Sin amenities. Para ir a la piscina y volver al cuarto hay que pasar por el lobby.

Modern hotel, set back of the main road. Staff were very helpful. Nice reception, bar area and breakfast area layout.
It’s a modern hotel with an atrium but the colour scheme is black making it very dark internally. The bedroom layout is odd, using a wardrobe to divide the room.
La buena ubicación.
La piscina era demasiado pequeña, de hecho no la llamaría piscina. Además está en un lugar demasiado expuesta al lado del bar.
El desayuno estaba bien, pero el personal muy poco atento a las necesidades del cliente. Faltaban cosas y en lugar de resolver se quedaban conversando entre ellos.
La fruta del desayuno estaba algo oxidada y no tenía buen sabor, no parecía fresca.
