Pros:

地理位置很棒，想前往主要景區都很方便，距離地鐵非常近。早餐選擇性不多，但看得出來他們有努力變換菜色。住宿空間大，兩個大行李箱可以攤開。遇到的飯店人員都很親切

Udany pobyt w centrum miasta.
Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten für die Einnahme des Frühstücks waren unterirdisch: eng, wenig Platz , Gedränge, wenn man Pech hatte, bekam man keinen freien Platz, finster, jeden Tag das gleiche Essen (lediglich ein Gericht in der Pfanne wechselte.

Bu otel bize hayatımızın en büyük korkusunu yaşattı! Burada konaklarken gecenin bir yarısı son ses alarm çaldı ve bu yüzden uykumdan uyandırıldım, hayatımda hiç bu kadar korkmamıştım! Eşim panik atak geçirdi, yan odalarda uykusundan 130desibel sesle uyandırılıp bayılanlar oldu! Bunların yanında hiçbir görevli özür dahi dilemedi, bu hatanın sebebiyse dalga geçer gibi otelin bulunduğu AVM'nin alarm sistemlerini test etmesiymiş. Bunun yanında kahvaltı berbattı, sadece 4-5 çeşit ürün var ve herşey çok lezzetsiz, sadece kahve güzel.

部屋の清掃（トイレ、部屋が異常にくさい）、広告と全く異なる部屋（シティービューと記載された部屋でしたが実際は向かいの壁と面しており何見えず、日も入らずカビくさい）、朝食（宿泊人数に対して会場が狭すぎる。ほぼ全て冷凍食品。不健康で油っぽいものばかり）

スタッフの対応も最悪でした。あまりにカビ臭く、トイレは異常な臭いで部屋を変えるよう受付に頼みましたが、満室だと言われて聞くつもりがなかった。10秒前にbooking.comでも他のサイトでも、私が予約したのと同じ条件の部屋何部屋も予約できる状態ですが？仕方がないのでホテルのカスタマーセンターに連絡したが返信があったのは翌朝チェックアウト直前だった。「そのメッセージを早く確認出来ていたら部屋を変える提案をした」との返信内容だった。何を言っているのだろうか。受付スタッフに満室だから変えるのは無理と言われているが？そして提案されたのがレイトチェックアウトのオファー…この臭い部屋から少しでも早く出たいのにレイトチェックアウトを提案するとは、ホスピタリティのカケラもない。まともな大人が気持ちよく旅行がしたいなら、このホテルは絶対にお勧めしない。他の方のレビューをちゃんと読むことをお勧めします。
