Excellent location, plenty of foodaries, great it has reception and keys to access.
Pros:

The receptionist had swapped our double-suite booking for a four-bedroom apartment at no extra cost. The funky design and space-conscious layout were effective. The building's location and local amenities were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The ledge to climb over for the double east-west bed was a barrier for me due to my disabilities, so I opted for the single bed in the fourth room. With the room swap, we also lost the city view and ended up facing a brown multi-storey building instead. It would have been great to have a couch to watch television on.

Good and convenient short stay for a young couple, but not ideal if you want traditional hotel service styles
Pros:

Location is very convenient! The public space is great, with private areas for resting while waiting.

Cons:

Soundproofing is not good. I could clearly hear the sounds from the rooms above and next door, especially when someone was cleaning them during the afternoon. The price was quite high for the received values, maybe because I booked during the F1 weekend. There are no luggage services; they do keep your luggage after checking out, but there is no liability, so if you have valuable items, it is not ideal, unlike in traditional hotels.

Pros:

Central location, good staff, and generally okay

Cons:

Way too expensive for the service. They only change towels every 3 days and only clean the room once a week. For the price, there's definitely better options in Singapore

Excelente ubicación si el confort no es tu principal objetivo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, dentro de un mall muy cómodo y conectado a estación de metro, buena relación precio-calidad, el cuarto pequeño pero cómodo.

Cons:

Muy poco staff- limpieza solo 1 vez a la semana, desayuno self service lento. El hotel se siente saturado y ruidoso.

Gutes Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage. Essen okay, aber hat Verbressungspotential.
Pros:

Super Lage im Zentrum von Singapur. Merlion Park oder Chinatown sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Metrostation direkt vom Hotelgebäude her erreichbar, man muss nicht raus.

Cons:

Zimmer eher klein und sehr hellhörig.
Frühstücksbuffet eher auf asiatische Touristen ausgerichtet, nur helles oder dunkles Toast erhältlich.
Personal nicht sehr freundlich.
