L’emplacement sur les hauteurs du lac au sein du pittoresque village perché de Vico Morcote, la décoration plutôt janséniste mais de bon goût, la chaleur de l’accueil et l’excellence de la table.
L’absence dans notre (belle) chambre à coucher d’emplacements où disposer les valises pour les ouvrir.
Localisation particulièrement intéressante.
Un hôtel qui invite à la déconnection et à s’imprégner de la nature, entouré des vignes.
It s a dream - staff, location, interior design, all just perfect.
Everything was perfect but if I could express one wish: please consider investing in an Italian coffee machine and coffee.
Beautifully renovated and well maintained property, staff were very friendly and attentive, great location for hikers
Facilities were lacking considering the price point and isolated location of the property (ex. No hotel shuttle services to the main village, no power adapters, no sauna or swimming pool or any type of activities, no coffee or minibar inside the rooms)
Beautiful and peaceful enclave

No parking on site and also no Valet service for vehicles, if you are charging 500 per night this is a minimum, also no spa facilities and rooms are quite small with no real hooks to hang up dresses. Also no welcome drinks or cold towels upton arrival. No fridge in room. Breakfast is quite limited.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely with great attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back!

The views were spectacular, the building was beautiful and the staff were warm and gracious. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Ample public spaces inside and out for relaxation. The vineyards and castle were beautiful. Recommended as a romantic getaway.
The room was small with very little room for suitcases. The lighting was limited - it would have been nice to have more lighting and lighting adjustment. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom outside the shower. Directions from Booking.com on getting to the hotel from the train station were inadequate - they suggested getting off at Lugano train station and taking a short walk up the hill. The hotel is not within walking distance from Lugano train station and it would have been impossible to haul suitcases up the windy road to the hotel. The only way to get to the hotel from the train station is by car.
I don’t normally write reviews but this stay was so exceptional I wanted to say thank you on here too; such a beautiful hotel with perfect service.

certes il y a les salons avec offres de boissons et collations
Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Wir haben denn Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen und wir kommen sehr Gerne wider. Wir können das Bestens weiter empfehlen.
