One elevator was out of order the whole time we stayed, and they seemed to turn the other elevators on and off at various times. So we stayed on the 4th floor meaning that the elevator was always full and we would end up waiting for a long time. We have two kids in push chairs so the stairs are not an option (I did have no choice once because I got sick of waiting and took the stairs carrying the push chair with my 3yr old in tow)
The main pool isn’t heated. The kiddies pool isn’t heated. Only the side pool (next to the coffee shop) was warm enough to use. The other ones were totally off limits due to the temperature.
At meal times it was hard to get a table and the staff seem like they are stretched too thin. Drinks take a long time to arrive and there was always something missing. Order a tea and you would not get any milk, or if you got the tea and milk, no spoon to mix it with. The staff are helpful and friendly, there just isn’t enough of them to take care of everyone and keep the restaurant moving with the number of guests the hotel has.
I tried to give them my credit card on arrival so my wife could use the spa and not have to carry cash but they didn’t seem to know how to do that. We paid by card in the end as everything was priced in Euros.

Great hotel with amazing hospitality from all the staff. The buffet was excellent with plenty of choice and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
Overall though, we had a very good stay and would still recommend the hotel.
The only downsides were that the two lifts were broken during our visit, which meant a bit of a wait going down for breakfast. Also, the à la carte food wasn’t the best as it seemed to be cooked in the main restaurant, so by the time it arrived it wasn’t very warm.
It was a great resort hotel, with all facilities available. Food was good too with a wide range of items. Easy Access to beach. Nice staff.
Had to wait for the elevator. Very slow elevator and 1 of it was out of service from 4.
L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et pas trop loin du centre ville, De grands espaces bien aménagés et des chambres très propres et confortables. Le buffet est très variés et les repas peuvent se prendre tout au long de la journée. La plage privée et le prêt de vélos sont aussi un plus. Le personnel est très serviable
L'hôtel est très mal situé, nécessite de prendre un taxi à chaque fois pour le.centre ville, les prix (SPA) sont très excessifs et il n'y a rien à faire où visiter dans les environs. Le centre ville par son vieux marché est un attrape touriste. Pas sa grandeur, l'hôtel est aussi impersonnel

Питание совсем не понравилось, в основном все блюда жареные, острые и жирные. Мало или скорее нет совсем блюд здорового питания. Трудно было что то выбрать поесть. В целом блюда не очень вкусные, однообразные
Все не плохо но некоторые нюансы раздражают.
Музыка до 23.30 аж стекла дрожат, Лифты приходится ждать от 2 до 10 минут. Номера подушатанные. Пыль выше уровня глаз.

Customer focused approach and support.
Many times I was mistaken by hotel’s personnel as Russian citizen, which was quite annoying because I am from Poland and I don’t want be associated with Russians.
Tout est parfait, le personnel est très agréable et serviable toujours au petit soin, l'hôtel est super , propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable en famille. Le kids club est super aussi avec toute une équipe qui accompagne les enfants. La propreté de l'hôtel aussi est appréciable toute les équipes font le maximum pour garder l'hôtel propre. La nourriture est super bonne, il y a de tout pour tout les goûts. Il y a même des petits pots de purée de légumes pour les bébés . Vraiment tout est bien organisé.
