We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay with best memories we made here
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with
Best facilities and cleanliness was 100%
Rixy club for kids was one of the best available facilities with good and efficient staff there
Food quality and food options were amazing
Catering service almost all day was top notch and incredible

Cons:

There is nothing which we disliked but one suggestion to administrators that in February room temperature was warm for us even after we turned off heating
We had to keep our window open all day and night to sleep

Прекрасный отель у самого моря с шикарным видом из номера. До пляжа – пару минут.
Питание разнообразное, есть здоровое меню и альтернативное молоко. В лобби подают вкусные чаи и матчу.
Отдельный плюс – большой спортзал, велопрокат, подогреваемый бассейн. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный. Кроме первой линии у моря, отель выигрывает и по городской инфраструктуре: поблизости торговые центры, музей, кофейни, океанариум

Прекрасный отдых! Восхитительный отель!
Pros:

Чистота номеров и отеля в целом! Очень хороший сервис в отеле и прекрасное обслуживание на завтраках, обедах и ужинах , особенно официант UMIT OZER он обращался к нам по именам и угадывал наши желания! Это просто удивляло!!!!

Cons:

Один день было прохладно и слабо был включён бассейн с подогревом, но мы попросили чтобы включили потеплее! И все было исправлено!

Pros:

I stayed here for 8 nights and this was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. We were greeted with a warm welcome and as this was our honeymoon they actually upgraded us to Sea View and also decorated the room very nicely and there were multiple staff members who helped us with our luggage’s. The room was also very comfortable and nice, very spacious and clean with an amazing view of the hotel and beach

Secondly, the buffet was amazing with a variety of dishes and the service was exceptional and special thanks especially to Fatima and Aylin and the receptionist who were very quick to respond to our requests throughout our stay. I rate this hotel very highly and would be definitely coming back to stay here in the future

Pros:

Staff was great and super polite , the food was also great.

Cons:

Room seems old, cracked floor. Below average for a five star hotel. Also they were drilling outside my door for about 7 hours which is disgusting considering the price I paid. My room should not of been giving out of there was a plan for refurbishments directly outside.

The stuff specifically in the restaurant are great and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are poorly maintained. With old furniture and smells bad. We were very disappointed with our room. However, the other services were great. Everything was included that was great, but wasn’t worth the money? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Horrible
Pros:

The hotel location, the ease of getting taxi as they have a stand inside the hotel complex.

Cons:

The staff were not knowladgable and or very helpful, the main resturant, waiting area, bar is not equipped to hold the crowd during busy hours and have to a very long time to get seats.

The air condition is not working effectively and have to keep the balcony door open to keep the room cool. which means noisy night due to rain and thunder.

The bed was smelly and had bed bugs

Overall not a pleasant stay. We will not be booking again here and will not recommend to our friends and family.
