From the service to food to amenities everything was amazing.
Pros:

The property was very clean. Our stay here honestly exceeded our expectations. We lived our sty at Rixos downtown Antalya. There was so much to do at the hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was exceptionally good also the service!

Cons:

Nothing I loved everything during our stay!

Wonderful amazing and very beautiful stay!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful the staff were they meet at needs and really looked after us we will be back soon! My partner had mobility problems and they gave us a room close to the lift! We stayed at 316!

We stayed here as a group and were very satisfied. It’s an excellent hotel everything was good: delicious food, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere. We’d especially like to mention the work of our manager, Anna Koposova she was very attentive, helped us with any questions we had, and made our stay even more comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

TLDR;

Within 24 Hours, they send you messages via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number, in order to inform you that they have a web application called 'Lumin' where you can engage with them 24/7 which is an integrated AI bot and also human interaction. Lumin App is utilised in order to contact guest services, book their a la carte restaurant and also book transfers (return trip) to Land of Legends, including entry tickets.

Food, Food, Food. All of the packages are all inclusive. Food is served as a buffet at the following times; Breakfast (07:00 Hours to 10:30 Hours), Lunch (12:30 Hours to 14:30 Hours), Dinner (18:30 Hours to 21:00 Hours) and Midnight Soup (23:00 Hours to 00:00 Hours).

Soft drinks were available including a number of alcoholic cocktails and mocktails. Red Bull seems to be a no go with the all inclusive package; and costs 10 Euro per drink!

Hotel was accessible, and they have an array of taxi's at the front of the hotel, willing to take you to your destination at a much higher fee. Many of which set prices, and have even scammed me with additional fee's when paying by card (including additional charges), whilst having the hotel branding alongside.

We were given a complimentary room to sea view. Unfortunately, what they failed to mention, is that they stuck two single beds together and placed a mattress topping, instead of giving a King sized bed. The walls were quite thin, and you could hear significant door slamming from the other rooms.

They have a shuttle that takes you to the Land of Legends only on; selected days and within short time slots. Transport leaves at 10:00 Hours which takes roughly 45 minutes, whereby you have to be ready at Land of Legends for 15:45 Hours to be taken back to the hotel.

Cons:

Food is AWFUL. Whilst staying here for 7 nights, and having experienced a large portion of their services, it is very clear that whilst they have a large selection of food, the food tasted awful. The same food is regurgitated every day, and is extremely bland.

During the 7 night stay, one of the food/ dishes was edible. I requested it for the following day, where I was informed that the following day's menu wasn't set. They requested it to the chef's and low and behold it was too difficult and was not on the menu.

You may wonder what the dish was? A plain chicken curry! A staple protein that they continuously used was 'Turkey' in lieu of Chicken. A variety of their 'curries' that they made, was Turkish equivalents or variations of curry.

Whilst you may believe that you have sufficient time to eat within the allocated time, the food is made in short supply. Chicken Wings, and proteins are usually the first to go. Once they have been made and run out, they don't have any back up supply; and they will usually replace it with some poorer cut of meat, such as Turkey or Chicken Thigh.

If 'Food' is a huge decider for you, I would not pick Rixos Downtown Antalya AT ALL!

The toilet was awful and was broken and the shower had an overhead which didn't work at all.

The hotel is clean, however lift times were awful and one was out of commission. Having stayed at the hotel for a number of days, you could tell that the bar staff was becoming complacent and started to become quite rude towards the latter end of the trip (8 day trip). This included the bar staff outside of the Starbucks hut, the bar on the ground and first floor and even the room service cleaning team!
