Average neatness. A sit out lounge beside it. Harlots all over the place once you step out of the hotel gate. I didn’t try their food so can’t talk about that.
The mattress was very firm, not hard. I liked it. The sleep was nice.
Choose a room where the window overlooks the hotel entrance - you’ll enjoy the show at night.
All seasons hotels Owerri is situated in a very calm and secured environment, it brightly sits amongst other highbrow hotels like the Concorde hotels.
It is one of the hotels in Owerri that has stood the test of time in both aesthetics and functionality.
They have got great management strategies and have always renovated their building regularly.
Life in Owerri is still not so fast as other Metro or IT hubs so as per their normal customer base, services take time to fulfill your request. Have patience. All Seasons is better than Concord in regards of ambience and other stuff. They can improve on restaurant services as response time is a bit slow.

Love the renovated feel of the new Allseasons Hotel Owerri, it's more than a Hotel it's an Experience, The Rooms are comfy, excellent room service, the food was fingerlicking, i could go on and on and on..Allseasons Hotel does give you peace
Owerri is the land of budget hotels, All Season Hotel hosted the Port Harcourt Branch during the last NBA Annual Conference. The room can be said to be clean and the facilities adequate.
The location in New Owerri can be a plus or minus depending on the location and nature of your business, but you cannot fault the Nightlife options available in facility.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I travelled to Owerri for a special event. We booked 3 double rooms. All had filthy sheets, all had buckets only for showers, all had missing lights. The walls were covered in mould and fungus, the towel was threadbare and grubby. When the electricity went out at least a dozen times during the night the TV would come on. One room had 'heavy breathing' calls throughout the night. Staff at reception were incredible rude and condescending. I felt we were discriminated as we were white, because other Nigerian guests told us they had fantastic rooms. I saw one across the hall from ours, it was like a palace and theirs was cheaper. Although we paid up front, they kept wanting to charge us again for the long, long, long three nights we had to stay. One of our party did get trapped and had to pay twice. Everything we asked for on the restaurant menu we were told they didn't have. This hotel should be a health spa because we all lost weight due to no food being available. There is a nightclub/reception club directly under the rooms, so when you are travelling and need a good nights rest - forget it!!!
My bathroom had no lights at all. I finally got a maintenance man in the room who told me the light that was out was a shaving light, so as a woman i wouldn't be needing it. I told him I just wanted a light to see and didn't care what he wanted to call it - but i never got one. I complained longer and louder then the rest in my party and someone came and fixed the hose on my shower, so I'm sure the buckets are a cost cutting measure.
We were in the middle of Nigeria so we were never expecting a 2,3 or 5 star hotel, but a 0 hotel at these high rates- disgusting. If i ever have to go back I'm sure I would be more comfortable pitching a tent and sleeping in the middle of the road.
Paid 16,460 Naira for an "Executive King Suite". Turned out that was just a dirty room with a King sized bed which was hard as a rock. However, the sheets appeared to be clean. Hallways dark and dingy, floors un-swept and gritty, Wallpaper torn and falling off walls, window looked out into a storage room, smelled like dirty plumbing, broken light fixtures, broken tiles, not possible to control the air conditioning even after they brought me two replacement remote controls, "shower" was a bucket and cup inside of the tub as the shower part didn't work. Three fuzzy channels on TV...strangely, CNN worked great which was a treat. Also, the internet worked pretty well as long as the electricity was running. However, during my overnight stay, the power went out about a dozen times. Restaurant was also smelly, cramped, and dirty feeling. A completely miserable experience. Try the Imo Concord Hotel and Casino which is not far away. I didn't go inside, but the landscaping looks good and it appears that all the rooms have balconies. As far as All Seasons Hotel, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs!
We travelled to Owerri for my brother's wedding and on the morning of the wedding, there was no running water in our rooms. Staff merely laughed when we said we had a wedding to go to!
Throughout my stay I was washing out of a bucket! Even the buckets of water took ages to arrive. The food in the restaurant was OK but the menu is aspirational as most of the items are unavailable. It was a really horrible place to stay and yet cost a fortune. We had daily quarrels with the front desk staff over running water, warm water, etc. and in the end we just gave up, resigned ourselves and savoured the Nigerian experience. What a let down!
