The guy that worked on the 29th in the swimming pool was rude .He was asking us the room #.when we already had written our information on the assigned sheet.We had our swimming suits on and we were using the swimming pool there,how else people are able to use the swimming pool?Do you have alot of trespassers? Anyways the point is I felt offended when we're asked againg for our room number .when we already provided the information

It met my expectations of a Doubletree hotel, I've stayed in a few previously.

Cons:

N/A. A suggestion, it would be nice if the hotel lobby had a signature scent, something light and clean (non-irritating for sensitive noses). It's a pleasurable experience to walk into a hotel greeted by a light, signature scent.

Won't stay there again
Pros:

They had great restaurants and the New England water park was there.

Cons:

Older hotel sonit needs updates. Cleaning crew left door unlatched all day. Never enough towels or face cloths. Pool was closed for private event and we were not notified of this until we got to the pool. No laundry facilities. Found a piece of metal hanging from the ceiling. For a hilton hotel it could have been a lot better in so many ways.
