Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

The bed was moderately comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is inn the middle of no where. They charge you $3 per bottle of water in the room which its just pure leaf and not worth $3. They claim they have complimentary breakfast (they dont), the breakfast buffet is $18 per person. The pool closes at 8:45 PM so we couldn't even use it. They dont even have coffee in the lobby, and the Starbucks closes at 10AM. Also haven't even gotten to the room yet, but there was a massive hole in the curtain, the lights are falling off of the wall, the wallpaper is bubbled and coming off the walls, the two working elevators making very concerning noises and the doors slam shut so hard they bounce apart, and the room didnt even look clean. I paid $376 dollars for a night for a very bad experience so I dont recommend coming to this hotel.

I was happy with the hotel all in all.
Pros:

I only had oatmeal. Little pricey @ $8.00.

Cons:

No water glasses in the bathroom to rinse mouth after brushing teeth. Room little outdated compared to others I’ve stayed at around the date.

Terrible stay. No issues were resolved after every thing was reported.
Pros:

Location is great. We have stayed here many times.

Cons:

The shower was VERY dirty upon arrival. Was brought to staff’s attention and it was cleaned but when we tried to use the shower it backed up within seconds(probably why it was dirty when we arrived). They pulled the floor drain up and said the problem was fixed and was not. The toilet was also constantly running so my kids and I were unable to use it when we needed it. We had to leave early and didn’t stay our full booking.

The pool/jacuzzi was nice

Cons:

The room was not completely clean. We had to put new toilet paper because the one on the roll was wet, the lamp had stains on it and some of the other lamps where messed up.
In between the wall and one of the beds was like party string.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

We spent a couple of nights at the Doubletree North Shore at the tail end of a two-week trip and were extremely happy with the accommodation. Extra large (and extra comfy) bed, spacious room, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, large flatscreen TV, plenty of electrical outlets and lots of space in cupboards. Basically everything we needed (oh, and delicious chocolate chip cookies that were the proverbial icing on the cake).
