We were in Campitello for a climbing competition and the Ulla Ruggero was the closest possible place. Only 190 meters to the venue. They gave us a larger room than originally booked and accommodated us with an early breakfast on our final morning as we needed to catch a very early bus.
I wish the rooms had a small fridge.

Davide and Stefano are very good hosts. Breakfast is basic but good. The hotel restaurant is probably the best in the village for dinner.
Location very good, close to the town centre and for accessing the Campitello Funivia it couldn't be closer. Pleasant bar/breakfast/restaurant area. Although no ski storage at accommodation it transpired to be much easier to pay for a locker located beneath the funivia.
Bedroom and particularly the bathroom was very small but as a solo traveller this wasn't really a problem.
Cosy hotel in traditional tiroler style. Very friendly staff, make you feel completely at home. Great location close to the Col Rodella lift.
Excellent quality food in the restaurant, and great wines.
The shower was fidgety, and the water took 3 minutes to get warm.
The stay exceeded my expectations from the start. Despite havoc with the trains and a long delay to arrive at Campitello di Fassa from Bolzano (you need 2 buses with a long waiting time during the evening), the owner offered to pick me up from the Vigo di Fassa (some 15 minutes away by car). Davide has been super friendly, helped with locations, and their food and service at their Osteria were top class. It is a 2-star hotel with a 5-star service!
Also the hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the Col-Rodella cable car and is right next to a path along the river that takes you to Canazei by foot!.
I can't think of something negative. They have really helpful from beginning to end. Only thing to ensure (not a complaint) is to book dinner in advance as it might be fully booked.
The accommodation was great, we got an upgrade because of the availability of a better room during our stay, and we appreciated it very much. The hotel has a lot of clever facilities - like a ski garage near the cable car or automatic doors opening just by using a chip card. Breakfast was great especially if we count on the fabulous Italian coffee and the various local pastries made by the owners. The best thing that we have to mention is that the owners actually run the best restaurant in the whole area - a jewel in itself - don't forget to make a reservation ahead. We felt there almost at home and will come back soon. Thank you, Davide and Stephano!
After spending around two minutes thinking about what to write in to this box, we give up. All was great!
