Stay here often as I have family in the area.
I did not have the placard on the door for do not disturb. As I was leaving well before 11am.
I was shocked when housekeeping was knocking at 8am.
I babe never had that before and it was very odd.
I was fast asleep and very startled by this.

Cons:

The above unplanned wake up call.

Cons:

I was called from someone in the hotel regarding my pet barking and I had to stop everything I was doing to go get my dog and it ruined my trip, despite me having to pay a $75 fee. Then, the next morning staff was extremely unprofessional saying Oh she’s the one with the dog and laughing at my face.

The lobby and gym were nice.

Cons:

My room was not as depicted online and I was pretty disappointed. It showed update new rooms mine looked 25+ years old with dirty old furniture. There were little bugs in the dated air control unit.

Struttura in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Salem. Presenza di un grande parcheggio e a pochi minuti da un'area commerciale con ristoranti.
Gli interni sono molto curati, noi siamo stati nel periodo di Halloween e le decorazioni erano splendide.
Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima pulizia.

La colazione era buona, ma con poche scelte disponibili e scarsa varietà di prodotti.

Great location, friendly staff, and plentiful free breakfast
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for 8 days at Thanksgiving time. We stayed in the recently renovated tower rooms, and they are working on remodeling the hotel wings. The room was fine, clean and a great refrigerator and microwave plus coffee pot, although they had free coffee in the lobby all the time. The lobby area was cozy and a great sitting place with 2 gas fireplaces and comfy seats. The breakfast was free and delicious (hot and cold, waffles, fruit etc) and the staff so friendly. A shout out thanks to Shane at the front desk who worked to make our stay even better, and we plan on staying here again when we are in the Boston area. Location is great, only 30 minutes to Boston Logan, and a great shopping and restaurant area (Market Street) almost within walking distance of the hotel. I do highly recommend this place.
