Pros:

Proximity to location we were visiting

Cons:

Restaurant was filled with a wedding party and all their guests for a welcome party, thus leaving the restaurant virtually unusable. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were just as bad! The A/C unit was very noisy, which just added to the already awful night sleep. We paid to have breakfast in the morning, and we opted out and just went home. We will NEVER be staying here again!!!

Stay here often as I have family in the area.
I did not have the placard on the door for do not disturb. As I was leaving well before 11am.
I was shocked when housekeeping was knocking at 8am.
I babe never had that before and it was very odd.
I was fast asleep and very startled by this.

The above unplanned wake up call.

Cons:

I was called from someone in the hotel regarding my pet barking and I had to stop everything I was doing to go get my dog and it ruined my trip, despite me having to pay a $75 fee. Then, the next morning staff was extremely unprofessional saying Oh she’s the one with the dog and laughing at my face.

The lobby and gym were nice.

Cons:

My room was not as depicted online and I was pretty disappointed. It showed update new rooms mine looked 25+ years old with dirty old furniture. There were little bugs in the dated air control unit.
