Staff was very helpful, and accommodating. The manager was very engaged, checking in on guests during breakfast, asking if anyone needed anything. Rooms reasonably priced, and in a great location near the shopping square. Refreshing cucumber water.
Could have a better variety and consistency with breakfast. During my recent visit, breakfast options were the same each day. First day the potatos were cooked well and seasoned, next day they weren't as enjoyable, not as seasoned and some under cooked.

הזמנו חדר לחמישה דרך בוקינג, במלון הסתבר שהוא רק לארבעה. רצו שניקח חדר נוסף, כמובן שזה לא בא בחשבון מבחינתנו, הגענו בשעת לילה מאוחרת, כך שלא היתה לנו ברירה ולא יכולנו להחליף מלון. לבסוף אחרי התשה ועייפות, הכניסו מיטה מתקפלת ואכן היה צפוף מאוד בחדר. היה ריח לא נעים בכריות ולא הרגיש מספיק נקי. ארוחת הבוקר פשוטה ביותר.

Place was very dirty. Visible dust everywhere. Tub backed up after using the shower for 1 minute. Painting paint. Dusty AC vents

Check in staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was good. I don't eat items like bacon and sausage. However, lots of other choices were available including fresh fruit (both whole and sliced).
I can't really think of anything that I did not like.
Front desk staff is awesome. Mattress was new/good, but the furniture was old, missing trim, scratched. Easy access to the parking lot
The room was very worn, definitely needs an update and good cleaning. Spider webs in the corner by the window and opposite corner by bed/bathroom wall. This room was on the ground floor wing instead of the tower, definitely not as nice as the tower
Breakfast was good. A wide range of offerings for every dietary need. I especially liked the fruit and the yogurt.
The fruit was a bit on the crunchy side.
My experience was disappointing due to several service and maintenance issues. Throughout my stay, there appeared to be a lack of communication among staff, and many employees seemed unaware of ongoing guest concerns. Additionally, I experienced interactions with a front desk employee that I found unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Yesterday, I reported a very noisy air conditioning unit and requested maintenance assistance. After waiting more than three and a half hours without any response, I located a maintenance employee myself and was informed that the repair had been scheduled for the following day rather than being addressed promptly.
There was also a group congregating directly outside the main entrance who were smoking marijuana. While I understand this is legal in Massachusetts, I believe guests should be encouraged to move away from the primary entrance out of consideration for others entering and exiting the property.
During my stay, I found and killed two bugs in my room and reported the issue to the front desk.
My departure experience was equally disappointing. As I am currently using a knee scooter while recovering from ankle reconstruction surgery, I obtained a luggage cart, transported it to my room, loaded my belongings, and made my way to the lobby independently. Despite there being two employees at the front desk, neither offered assistance, even though it was apparent that I was mobility impaired and managing my luggage on my own. There was a hotel van located at the front door, no one was ever available to drive you. If you can't use it, then move it.
Although I was the person who originally picked this property, I felt it was important to share these concerns. I also intend to submit a review directly to Marriott regarding my experience
Breakfast was good albeit typical.
Location is very good: adjacent to I95 and within walking distance of the shopping area with restaurants, a grocery store, and shops.
Room was undistinguished but adequate. A more extensive selection of TV channels would have been a plus.
