The hotel building is generally a bit dated, but the staff were all very friendly and welcoming but billing issue.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is indeed very convenient, and it’s not far from Stanford University.

Cons:

The only issue worth mentioning is the billing. We were charged incorrectly, and if we hadn’t reviewed the charges carefully, we might not have noticed the mistake. It’s the first time we’ve experienced an incorrect charge at a hotel, so I would recommend checking your final bill carefully.

Our 15 month old found a large pill inside our room. Luckily we grabbed it immediately from him but could have been extremely bad.

Cons:

My room was next to a storage room and next to elevator. Very noisy. Had problems with television ,front desk told they would send someone up In 20 minutes .No one came. Ordered food door dash and they wouldn't allow them to deliver to my door .had to get dressed to retrieve it from lobby . Took 35 minutes to check in after already paying in advance. Also had nice view of parking lot .felt i treated differently because im a blue collar worker pipe fitter working a shut down at children's hospital and checked in in my work clothes. Thats what I felt .
