the view was fantastic and breakfast on the patio was great. Breakfast was good but could do with more selection for us rather than asking the waiter. The reception staff were excellent and anything you wanted they supported you well. Get the room with a view, you can just sit there all morning and watch. Sorrento has tons of good restaurants 5-10 mins walk with plenty of places to see and browse.

The Lorelei Londres is a hotel that will meet your every expectation and more. The hotel is beautiful, and spotless along with a very friendly and accommodating staff. All of our pre-booking emails were answered promptly and thoroughly. They arranged all of our transportation and we were more than satisfied with every driver. The daily breakfast is a sit-down menu, not the usual buffet. The breakfast room is very modern with a terrace which would have been wonderful in warmer weather. We were greeted daily by Valentina, who oversees the room and provided excellent service (along with tech support for us older guests)!! She was assisted on some days by Elda, and another server (did not get name) who also were both accommodating. The front desk is staffed by a fantastic array of employees, Luana, Maria, Giuseppe, Daniele, who each went out of their way to give suggestions and directions when asked. The gentleman who was on night duty (didn't get his name as we left very early) was also very pleasant. Can't forget to mention the cleaning staff "dynamic duo" who kept the room immaculate and always were so cheerful and kind whenever we met them in the hallway. All of the supplies were always replenished without asking. Our experience at the Lorelei was one of the best we've experienced in our travels throughout Italy and we sincerely hope we can return in the near future.

I cannot state strongly enough the extremely high quality of service at this hotel. The owners of this hotel are so lucky to have the very hard working Maria. Elba made us feel incredibly special every time we saw her smiling face. The entire staff is very well chosen. Our room was a very nice space. The sea view was amazing. The hotel staff was amazing from the first minute we checked in. We mentioned it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne for us. We were very touched. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to order entree as well. The views from the hotel were so amazing! All and all one of the nicest hotels we'd ever stayed in.

Great hotel - a little outside the hustle of the main part but easy to get to. Spacious room. Beautiful views. Staff all polite and accommodating. They helped us book airport taxi and a trip to Bomerano. Valentina who worked at the restaurant was exceptional - we felt like she was a good friend. Free breakfast which was high quality.

GORGEOUS SETTING , GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTUFUL BAR AND RESTAURANT. Interior room, below average for 1300.00 USD per night! Overall, very nice.

The Lorelai Londres is great. It was clean, the views were stunning, and the staff were just fantastic.

The air conditioning was amazing; it was an icy, life-saving sanctuary from the brutal summer heat. The bar is perfectly placed to catch the water view, and there was nothing better than settling in with a chilled drink to watch the sunset—the perfect way to end every single day.

The location is wonderful. It’s only a brisk 10-minute walk right into the heart of town, but it’s far enough away that you don't feel swallowed by the summer tourist chaos. Plus, there were lots of places nearby, like an incredible pizza spot only a few minutes from the door.

The breakfast had a solid selection, but the real highlight was the wonderfully fresh baked goods—a definite step up from standard hotel fare.

Took one star off since there was no water one evening and they didn't inform us that it was happening, or when it would be back

Hotel Lorelei was absolutely stunning! The hotel has the best views, was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. Valentina was amazing! The room was spacious enough for a family of 4. The hotel breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!
