Breakfast and temperature in room

Cons:

The TV was not working. Maintenance came by and wasn't able to repair it. Also the room phone was not working. I was told I would be earning extra points for the inconvenience but I don't know where to look for that info.

I would choose this location or any other Homewood Suites again !
Pros:

The staff were amazing! The best customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel! The property and rooms were very clean and always smelled great.

Cons:

Our TV stopped working twice because of a breaker issue. But maintenance responded quickly.

Tengo hospedándome en el homewood desde hace ya varios años, varias reservas en el año. En esta ocasión el personal me pareció muy poco amable. Estuvimos hospedados dos días dos adultos y dos niños.
Tuvimos dos situaciones para el segundo día ya que nos retiraron las toallas utilizadas (comprensible) pero no nos dejaron toallas limpias y al momento de solicitarlas nos indica el personal de recepción que solo se pueden otorgar dos piezas por habitación, siendo que la reservación fue para cuatro personas.
Tampoco nos dejaron jabón de baño ni jabón para el lavamanos, tuvimos que ir nuevamente a solicitarlo, haciendo muy incomodo el hospedaje.
Por ultimo durante el check out, quise hacerle los comentarios en persona al equipo de recepción, siendo muy poco atentos, comentando que ellos no están capacitados para recibir ese tipo de retroalimentación, que espere la encuesta de internet, lo que me pareció bastante grosero por parte de su personal.
Definitivamente el costo del hotel, no me parece acorde al nivel de trato del personal y de los servicios brindados.
