Online check out didn't work
Had to ask for key to use restroom in lobby while waiting for shuttle bus and to access store for refreshments
Still awaiting refund of €100 deposit. 3 days now. Makes it a large cash outlay Pre-Cruise
Hard to get consistent water temperature in shower
Location
Not worth what we paid
Very comfortable accommodation, excellent food in the on-site restaurant and close to the cruise ship terminal
No washcloths!
Location was great - just off a cruise and we stayed the night in san pedro.
Thats about it -
This property needed a wee update. Every time you flushed the toilet we noted water coming up into the basin. The smell wasn’t pleasant. The air von was pretty noisy. But the bed’s comfortable. Service desk - communication Zero. And the way they answered you dreadful. I will stay somewhere else if i come to san pedro next time now that we have been and got our bearings.
My mistake I such had been at the long beach.
Proximity to the port & hot water in the shower.
We booked an executive suite. It did not reflect that. The gouges on the hotel room door appeared to be made from a knife or other sharp object. Once inside the room the couch cushions also appeared to have been cut up. Mismatched seat cushions—not correct size—which was awkward when trying to sit. There was a suspicious dark stain on the backrest of the couch. All-in-all, it looked like someone had a bad night in that room. Also, the television was facing a wall in a mini hallway between the bedroom and living room—difficult to watch any tv to relax.
Location for the cruise port. Nice area. Lots to do.
Luggage storage was not secure. Would have liked a proper coffee place in the lobby.
Very close to the cruise terminal and they offered transportation to the cruise terminal.
Very expensive for a nights stay. Staff were not very friendly. The room was just okay. The room was on a slope so when you walked to the restroom, you felt like you were walking down an incline.
Location
Nothing
It was close to the port
Athroom was a bit shabby
Location and rooms were spacious
Parking
Close to the port of LA
Parking was horrible, hot tub was dirty, gym was very small, expensive
The bed was comfortable & the room exceptionally clean. The staff I had contact with after checkin were great
The lady that checked me in seemed annoyed at my questions, probably because of how busy it was, though my questions were minor, like asking if there was a shuttle to the port & double checking breakfast was included in what I paid for since she didn't mention it.
Biggest issue was that I paid for a harbor view room, which technically I received due to the tiny sliver of harbor from the window. The ticket for my breakfast had blurry printing so I originally thought it was only good between 830-10. There were old signs on the floors directing you to vending that no longer existed. There was a self service market in the lobby where a liter bottle of water is $8.50. Apparently I have to download an app to get my bill. The hotel sent me texts asking for replies in regards to my stay & check out, but I never received replies. I would not choose to stay here again, especially for this price point.
