Worst Crowne Plaza I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

This hotel is in major need of maintenance. Many things did not work. The ac in our room and gym did not work. Most of the plugs in our room didn’t work. Batteries in the tv remote were dead. Seems like this place used to be nice but has now been neglected for years.

For the amount charged per night we were expecting a better, cleaner, updated hotel.
Pros:

Perfect proximity to Cruise port

Cons:

Rooms are very much in need of renovations. Carpets and wall coverings, bathrooms are drab and old. Our bathroom faucet did not work properly. The drain was rusty and taped up, obviously to conceal a leak.

my room was very large and clean.

Cons:

The tv in my room was awkwardly placed. On a dresser against a side wall between the bed and sitting area. No way to sit in front of it. Tossed there like an afterthought

Pros:

The room was great. It had a great view. Easy walking to different things. The staff was super friendly and very happy to help

Maybe a free breakfast or make sure to give all guest a complimentary breakfast card.

Great location
Pros:

Perfect location for the port.
Shuttle bus was a bonus to and from the port . We originally had a taxi booked for twice the price .
Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed .
Large, clean room .
Excellent food

Cons:

Long wait to check in but I suppose the staff don't know who or how many are checking in at any one time .
On site shop was handy but seemed to close early. Couldn't see opening times anywhere .
Expensive to eat in the restaurant
