Pros:

AC in the room wasn’t working. Tried to make coffee in the morning coffee pot didn’t work either.

Great stay but could have been better.
Pros:

The Location.
How Clean it was. Although the hallways were smelling a bit funky and humid.
Private elevators from garage.
Clean and comfy rooms.

Cons:

-No ice machine on my floor, nor vending.
-Pool was closed for one of the nights that I stayed.
-Room a/c not working, & maintenance didn’t suggest getting me a new room. I had to call three times to get a new room.
-Tv didn’t allow streaming.
-towels a bit rough

Convenient to the cruise terminal!
Pros:

The Crown Plaza is a first class hotel with all the amenities

Cons:

Two things: First was the offer of breakfast at $27 +tax. I guess it is common to milk the business folk with expense accounts, but us common folks are on our own dime. Seriously? Second, Lumpy pillows are the fare of Motel 6. Do better.

AC was out. We had to move rooms. The room we got moved to was also very warm. Complimentary coffee was done serving at 7am.
