I was charged $250 when my booking genius points should have taken care of the charge.Tried to phone hotel had to leave message. I also had two twin beds reserved and they only had a king room available.

The lobby and bar were both nice. The room itself was ok needs new carpet and some updated features would be nice as well.

Cons:

The room needs some updating new carpet and newer features such as some type of charging system for phone like Vegas hotels have. Also beds were ok not too bad I’ve slept on worse. We had a room with a view of the harbor but there was construction going on so not sure what kind of view would be left once what ever is being built is done. Also had a view of the pool area as well. When we arrived at 10pm there were people still in the pool. When waking up area out by the pool was messy. Things were left in the pool and trash was all over the place.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Breakfast people, Genka, Pedro and Pearl were very good and behaved to us very professionally, great service.

Cons:

We had three problems with this property: 1) We had agreed with Booking.com that we had breakfast included in our price and we had this in writing in our booking confirmation. However, when we reached the property, they informed us only 2 were free and 2 need to pay which is a clear scam 2) My wife forgot her necklace in the bathroom next to the sink. When we returned in the evening, the necklace was gone. Despite several requests to the manager and staff at reception, nothing was done about this clear theft and this was the most serious issue we ever had in a hotel. I booked many times hotel from booking.com and never had such issues before. 3) When we submitted a complaint, we left the next day at 9.30am until 9.30pm the sign for our room to be serviced but instead it was left unserviced. When we informed the manager, they gave us a photograph with a sign "do not service" to convince us that we made a mistake and by default that we lost the necklace. Absolutely appalling behaviour!
