Filthy.
Pros:

I already left a review. It wasn’t o welt positive. Short version. Hotel is old, dirty. The only benefit was its location, but I didn’t think that was enough to offset the price or the condition of the room or facilities. The ‘non-public’ rest rooms near the restaurant were deplorable. I’ve seen truck stops with cleaner restrooms. It is, frankly, inexcusable. Rather than blame the line staff, k blame se our mgmnt for allowing this property to be managed in this way. Never again. I’ll pay more to go elsewhere.

Cons:

Everything except its location and size of the suite. Apart from those two things, I literally hated everything else.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly especially our morning breakfast waiter.

Cons:

Lights in room only a few worked. And breakfast voucher were not given to us yet those who paid less received it.

Satisfactory but not the normal Crowne Plaza standards

Great stay before going on a cruise.
Pros:

Great location. Cute neighbour with good restaurants, pubs and a few record shops. Minutes away from the cruise terminal, so very convenient if you are flying in the night before a cruise.

Couldn't get checked into 4 o'clock, even though I'm arrived at 2 o'clock on her. Guest are waiting in the lobby no facilities no coffee shop no bar open waited two hours to get to get their room.
