It was an ok stay due to the excellent customer service they provide. The staff in the restaurant from Humiyra, Gizam Chef Ali Joma. Not sure whether it's always this way or just because we went when there is no season since no snow on the ground & hardly any visitors. The disadvantages are 1st the very bad, cheap & uncomfortable mattress they have in their tiny standard & deluxe rooms. The building is huge & there are plenty seating areas in the lobby, but they come short in the rooms & bathrooms, It's Very noticeable that public area is kept well maintained, unlike the run-down guest rooms. Overall, I think we would have enjoyed it more if the season was on & there is snow, since there are no other activities apart from taking the gondola or chair lift to ski down hills. No shopping or restaurants around the area. So, you are mainly using the hotel's bar & restaurant. Feel bad because I am sure they are hurting with no snow available, especially in the month of January.

Het enige goede is de locatie. Je skiet letterlijk vanaf het hotel zo de piste op. Helaas was dit het enige positieve! Beginnende bij het eten, deze kan je in principe overslaan. Smakeloos, koud oftewel niet lekker. Het personeel een en al chagrijnig, kan geen lach vanaf. De schoonmaak van de kamers is triest. Onder schoonmaak verstaan ze nieuwe handdoeken leggen en thats it! Lakens pas op dag 5 verschoond, badkamer/wc op geen enkele dag. Het concept is vol pension, dit betekent vette prijzen voor alles wat je eet of drinkt buiten de vaste eet momenten. Ook niet onbelangrijk om te vermelden, het is super warm in het hotel. Zo een 27 graden. Bij de liften sta je lang te wachten. Hoewel dit een nieuw hotel is merk je dit eigenlijk aan niets. Oogt erg oud, stoffig en “versleten”. Buiten het skieen om valt er niets te doen zowel in het hotel als de omgeving. Sfeerloze saaie boel. Toch durft dit hotel bij reservering bij het hotel 450 euro te vragen voor een kamer voor 1 nacht. Mijn oprechte advies, betaal iets meer en kies voor 1 van de andere hotels in de omgeving.

Room stank of sewage. I asked CLEANING service for solution, parfüm was the solution. So after an hour it stinks again. Food was very extensive but not warm. A lot of Noise from other rooms. To the lifts you had to go to Beceren piste. In the evening there was life music. Best of our stay.

A good hotel in the middle of the hill, easy access to rent ski and go skiing! Food and service was good! Very nice, friendly and happy staff. Beautiful views, good wifi, location is great!

Small things that could be better: As coffee lovers we didn’t have any nescafe in the room just tea, elevator had some issues, SPA was closed and it was soo hot and dry in the rooms, we slept with window open in -10 C. But we were happy with our stay! :)

*Otelin asansörlerinde 10-15 dk beklediğimiz oldu, az asansör var ve çok yavaş
* Otel vale ücreti olarak 50tl alıyor, arabayı almak istediğinizde ters davrandıkları gibi yardımcı olmuyorlar
* Otelde alkol yok. Yıl olmuş 2021, alkolsüz dağ otelinde kaldık.
* Otel bir tek Beceren Yazını çıkışına yakın ona da yürümek durumundasınız

Yukarıdaki eksiler düzelirse bu otelde bir daha kalmayı düşünebilirim, çok fazla olumsuzluk içeren bir otel

Kötü servis , yetersiz ve lezzetsiz yemekler. İlgi sıfır daha sezon başında herkesin suratı asık. Parası ile değerlendirildiğinde şimdiye kadar gittiğim en kötü otel diyebilirim.

Diger otellere gore yeni bir otel. Canli muzik vardi, yemekler de guzeldi. Fakat 3 yemek ogununde de cesit az cesitlendirme yapmaniz gerekiyor. Personel cok guler yuzlu. Resepsiyondan valesine misafir iliskilerine hepsi pozitif insanlar. Otel yeni oldugu icin konforlu, odalar yeni ve buyuk

People staying at the hotel due to the end of season. Special praise for the head waiter. Lovely man. Room was of a high standard. Sometimes it was too hot in the room as the temperature isn’t individually controlled. We had noisy neighbours the first two nights and the walls are quite thin. I think they should have spread the guests out in the hotel as it was basically empty but they seemed to put All of us next to each other in one end which wasn’t good for noise. Other than those things the hotel was really comfortable with the stand out being the staff.

The property had broken driveway and all muddy. The hotel and food was good and staff was nice and tried to assist, However the entrance was bad. They did not even bother to clean the snow from their driveway. I was shovelling snow my self to get out of their driveway and was stuck. No hotel staff came to help. I had to pay 100 Lira to a hotel door staff to help me put on snow chain so I can leave. The buffet was good and rooms were nice, however the checkout and leaving the driveway put sour on whole experience.

Guzeldi. Odada bazi eksikler vardi su isiticisi ve bornoz gibi. Ama yeni otel oldugu icin yakin zamanda tamamlanacagini dusunyorum. Personel guleeyuzlu. Park sorunu yasamadik vale vardi ama yuksek ucretliydi. Tskler...

Propreté, nous avons vu une tomate écrasée au restaurant pendant 3 jours consécutifs. L'isolation des chambres étaient bof. Nous entendions absolument tout.

Otelin Rezervasyon departmanı internette olan fiyatlardan çok daha yüksek fiyatlar veriyor.Bu yüzden 2 oda rezervasyonumuzu bu siteden aldık.
Otopark sıkıntılı,vale bellboylukta yapıyor içeri haber vermemize rağmen uzun süre bekledik ve günlük 40TL otopark ücreti ödedik
Yeni bir otel çevredeki diğer otellere göre moderndi.Odaları güzel ve konforluydu,ses yalıtımı iyi değildi yan odanın tv sesini odanızda duyabilirsiniz.odada yatak ve koltuk altları çok pisti yatak altından çorap bile çıktı.Odalarda otelin yeni olmasından kaynaklanan bizim için rahatsız edici bir koku vardı bu sebeple odamızı girer girmez Resepsiyonistlerin yardımları ile değiştirdik.
Odalarda çay-kahve ikramı ve kette yoktu sadece günlük 2 küçük su ikramı var ilk günden sonra ise düzenli koyulmuyor isterseniz veriyorlar.
Yemekleri genel olarak lezzetliydi restorant düzenliydi fakat su hariç tüm alacağınız içecekler yüksek fiyatlı olarak extraydı herşey dahil konsept bir otelde bu olmamalıydı.Ayrıca restorantın havalandırma sistemi iyi değildi duman altında yemek yedik.
Otelin konumu merkeziydi fakat kayak pistine otelden direk çıkış yoktu piste çıkmak için kayak takımlarınızı sırtlayıp yolun karşısına geçip birde ordan merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor ki bu çok tehlikeli.otelde bizi tam olarak memnun eden departman kayak odası çalışanlarıydı ayağınıza Kayak ayakkabınızı giydirip-çıkarma zahmetine bile giriyorlardı bize çok yardımcı oldular idris-İsmail ve Mehmet’e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Otel yeni restore edildigi icin temizlik yatak konforu mukemmeldi. Fakat hersey ucretli icecek su. Odaya ilk girdigimiz gun su birakmislardi sonra o sular yenilenmedi bile biz oara verip almak zorunda kaldik. Sacmaliktir ki otel musterisi olmamiza ragmen cikarken otopark ucreti odedik. Bu buyuk rezillik. Yemek cesidi az ancak lezzet konusunda basarililar. Bana gore yemek cesidinin az olmasi sknti degil cnku cok lezetli yemekleri var. Cocuklar icin oyun alani yok. Odada sampuan ve dus jelinden baska birsey yok gidicekler kendilerine dis macunu falan koysunlar.

The hotel is being managed by a company that has no experience in the field. There are major infastructure problems within the building. Strong odor from restrooms in rooms. There are just few employees who work around 12+ hours to finish their jobs. The management is so greedy, they put opened water bottles in rooms rather than fresh closed ones. There is no free parking; the parking personnel cheats customers about alternatives. Lastly, the ski room is located awfully, you need to walk around 15 minutes in mud to reach ski lifts.
