We were moved to a different hotel when we got there to check in because they “over booked”.
Great location, convenient for venue we went and seen. Clean hotel in great stuff.
Wish there would have been a hot tub
My parents and I stayed at this hotel because my dad was going on the Midwest Honor Flight. The bathroom door handle was missing the button to lock the door, there was a black cap to something on the shelf below the bathroom sink, the curtains have all frayed and I don't even know where to start regarding the noise! My dad had to be in the lobby at 3am for the shuttle. The people at the bar/restaurant/atrium were extremely loud until midnight or after! The waterfalls in the atrium didn't begin to cover the noise! And as far as the door, let's just say I dont think the room would have been much louder had we left it open. Even the second night was noisy in the lobby area! Don't front desk staff say anything to people anymore when they're being loud? I've worked in hotels and we could start asking guests in the public areas to start going back to their rooms and not be noisy at 10pm, BEFORE guests started calling the desk to complain. For what this hotel charges a night, we expected much more than we got.
We did not order breakfast. Continental breakfast would be nice.
We enjoyed everything. It would be nice to have more seating in the bar.
It was connected to the event center
Rooms were pretty run down, fridge just on the floor with cord reaching across the wall(microwave was a community one in vending area), stains in both the carpet and bath tub, and out curtains were ripped and didn’t even close all the way. It was also extremely hard to sleep, bar was supposed to close at 11. Could hear full on conversation and yelling well after that, clear up on the 4th floor. Just super disappoint for paying $300 a night.
The location was great, connection right to the place where our concert was! Woke up with a headache in the middle of the night & they even had a small wall of “essentials” that you can buy. Was very nice.
The bathroom in our room seemed outdated, the plug in on the desk wasn’t connected & broke. We had a mini fridge, but a microwave would’ve been nice!
Location
Room was dirty trash was under the couch for a expensive hotel it has a small little 27” tv not to many channels were available I was charged 3 nights I was there I had bought the room the week prior before the stay
Lots to offer and the staff is always willing to accommodate you the best they can.
Its location right next to the venue.
While the entrance, lobby, and atrium look really nice, the room needs freshening. There was a glacier in the mini fridge (recommend you defrost on occasion), the toilet kept running and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop, the drape edges are frayed. I think the look they were going for was classic sophistication. It just looks worn.
Bed was ok
Cheep toilet paper
Bathroom fan didn't work
Rented for 3 but no extra bedding
Fold out sofa mattress for 3rd guest was stained
So room service, or at least no info provided on menu, or other services provided
Clean comfortable rooms. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and we loved that the hotel was attached to the convention center and we didn’t have to walk outside in the freezing temps.
I can’t complain about anything
