Pros:

La atencion de la Sra Gaby y el Sr Julio Exelente, simpre amables y me senti como en casa en otro estado. Me encanto la abitacion muy comoda la cama y la comida deliciosa. La ubicaciones esta exelente hay muchas cosas que hacer cerca.

Cons:

Lo unico que pudiera comentar es el wiffi que si estaba un poco lento puede ser porque estabamo en la planta mas alta, pero fuera de eso todo exelente.

Good place for a romantic stay
Pros:

The room was very comfy, decoration was awesome, location is top and walkable.

Cons:

Wifi isn't super reliable, the TV in the hot thub didn't have internet, breakfast was OK at most, and I'd have loved to have a different kind of pillow in the bed (if you do 4 pillows, give 2 firm and 2 soft.)

Mala experiencia, no regresaría.
Pros:

El personal directo en el hotel es muy atento y cordial. La casita tiene encanto mexicano. La ubicación es buena cerca de restaurantes, cafés, avenida Reforma, etc. El desayuno es bueno, pero puede mejorar.

Cons:

La administración no es nada flexible. A mi llegada, el hotel estaba literal vacío y pedí que me asignaran otra habitación que estaba vacía y era más privada. Se negaron. En costo era lo mismo, incluso la habitación que pedía era tal vez más pequeña.
El wifi es lento y seguido se desconectaba.
La cama era muy incómoda y se hundía.
El ruido de la cocina se escucha todo en la habitación (no tomen la habitación justo arriba de la cocina).
La habitación era también muy obscura.
Durante el día ponen música jazz pero muy fuerte y se escucha dentro de la habitación.

Pros:

Muy burna ubicación, buen desayuno y muy rica cama. En general un 10/10!

Cons:

Al ser hotel boutique tenian menos personal, algunas veces no encontramos a alguien para preguntar unas cosas.

Un séjour parfait !!!!
Pros:

Notre séjour à l’Emilia Hotel a été absolument parfait. Tout était impeccable : la décoration est magnifique, la propreté irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner tout simplement exceptionnel.
Un immense merci également à Marcela, Gabriela et Julio, qui ont été extraordinaires du début à la fin. Leur gentillesse, leur attention et leur professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous n’aurions pas pu rêver de meilleurs hôtes.
Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation !

Un petit paradis dans un cartier plein de vie

Le confort, la beauté de la décoration, les petits déjeuners, les produits corporels offerts. L’accueil était chaleureux, et la chambre était superbe! Je recommande fortement!!

Pros:

War alles angenehm, allerdings wurde uns versprochen einen Late Check Out zu machen, was dann aber nicht möglich war und wir mussten das Hotel verlassen. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich empfehle die Apartments auf der andren Strassenseite, da gibg alles reibungslos.

Buena ubicación, muy ruidosa

La ubicación, la atención del personal y el desayuno.

Cons:

Tipo 5:00 am en nuestra habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido, generado por la cocina, el abrir y cerrar muebles, manejo de vajilla y por realizar aseo, lo cual no nos dejó dormir bien. Además el Internet era intermitente.
