Pros:

Overall a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed — the space feels elegant, thoughtful, and very comfortable to stay in.

There were just two small issues during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and one of my socks went missing during the laundry service. These things happen and they didn’t affect my stay too much, but they were the reason I’m giving four stars instead of five.

That said, the warmth of the staff and the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel really stand out. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Todo, la decoración, la iluminación, que el baño estuviera a parte de la tina, la tabla de carnes frías estuvo super bien , la atención fue excelente

Que no hubiera bote de basura en el baño baño y algo para evitar resbalarte en la tina

Brilliant, would stay again
Pros:

The property us beautiful. Centrally located. It was a small oasis in the city

The room was really nice, the bathroom was clean and spacious

We had a juliette balcony into the inner courtyard where we could listen to the fountain

Breakfast was great. Handmade every morning by the staff and custom to your liking

The staff were extremely kind and helpful

Cons:

We had noisy upstairs neighbours one night which disturbed my partners sleep.

Ubicación excelente, colchón al menos en nuestro caso particular nos dolió la espalda.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, no tuvimos oportunidad de probar el desayuno

Cons:

El colchón estaba muy muy malo nos dolió la espalda a los dos muchísimo tanto que nos tuvimos que ir del hotel y perder las otras noches que ya habíamos pagado.

A really lovely small boutique hotel in a great location in Reforma!

A very nice breakfast, prepared as you would like, was provided each morning - very personalized and very nice and relaxing.

Would recommend to most tourists! Gabi and Julio were wonderful hosts.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and filtered water onsite were all amazing.

Cons:

Our room needed a bit more audio privacy, as sound carried from the lobby to us, and back.
