Fantastic
Pros:

The hosts were fantastic, very attentive and kind. Breakfast is made every morning and is really tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated with good bathrooms and the courtyard is lovely. In a great location walking distance to parks and cafes.

Cons:

The internet was a bit slow and dropped occasionally

La belleza del lugar, la excelentísima atención, el buen gusto en la habitación, la calidad de los servicios como Internet, el agua caliente, la ducha, el restaurante, el desayuno, la amabilidad de sus empleados, la ubicación perfecta, el sistema de ingreso y de salida absolutamente cómodo y discreto, es realmente una de las mejores opciones imaginables para pasar un tiempo maravilloso en la Ciudad de México.

Great location, lovely room, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Amazing location, staff were lovely. Always felt safe on the property. The property is very serene and the location can't be beat. A lot of restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were very clean, with a nice bathroom, and the towels were soft. Bathroom amenities were body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and they smelt lovely. Breakfast is made to order and was really nice. The bed was a queen and had nice linens. Lots of hanging space and hanger for clothes. There was a desk in the room. Quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

This hotel does not have A/C or heat. The temps were mild when we were there so we just used the overhead fan, which worked for us. If it was really hot, you'd need A/C. If you are over 40, the lighting is not great. It looks really nice, but the bulbs were an orange color and it was hard to see for us oldies.(60's), and there was no light that actually lit up the room. It was more mood lighting. The bathroom could use some more hanging space for towels etc. These weren't deal breakers, and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, wonderful area
Pros:

Wonderful staff, they made us feel very comfortable. Gabriela, Marcela and a male employee whose name didn’t catch were always really friendly, with helpful advice and they were excellent cooks, we had the best chilaquiles!! The room was pretty, and the rooftop area was very nice.
The inside area of the hotel was like a little oasis, and the neighborhood is great, shady streets with lots of restaurants.

Cons:

The room was very small and the toilet area only had a swinging glass door and was only a few feet from the bed.
