Very comfortable beds, room had everything, including shower pressure.
Also requested a room with a view, and was actually given one, so thanks to the staff!!
Couldn't figure out the TV...
The buffet breakfast is very underwhelming and feels like an afterthought. A few cereals with bacon, eggs and a couple of other warm items is quite frankly hilarious and insulting given the price. Getting the price taken off was also a palava.
The front of house staff, especially the younger ones seem like they lack basic hotel management training and customer service skills. They did the bare minimum every time e.g. when we checked-in we clearly needed a trolly for the suitcases, but no effort was made to help.
Organising a taxi for our departure was also a joke. It seemed as if staff were reluctant to want to do it. We needed a larger car for multiple large suitcases, hence I wanted to book it ahead of time. Our departure was early morning, and I wanted to make sure it was on time.
They finally rang the firm to book it. However, a separate staff member I interacted with the following morning had no information about it. There must have been no notes added or handover done.
It’s the laziest brand of hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The staff don’t seem to have any genuine energy or willingness to help. Never again.
Generally nice rooms, located close to Guildford Town Centre. Beds are comfortable but the bathrooms feel a bit dated, especially with the tub. More on par with a motel or something even cheaper.

Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Ebenso die Anlage. Die Lage war zentral, das Frühstück nicht überladen aber sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
Leider war das Poolareal untertags wegen Streicharbeiten nicht gut benutzbar oder sagen wir eher ungemütlich wenn daneben gestrichen wird. Das könnte man auch in der Nebensaison machen

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a room with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, if a bit steep.
Nothing comes to mind that needs improvement! First time visitors should note that it's not exactly close to downtown Vancouver, despite having it in the hotel name...it's a minimum 45 minute drive.
Air conditioning unit was actually in the bedroom and it made an incredible noise when running so we didn’t use it but it was a really warm night.
Air conditioning I believe might be not only faulty but dangerous since the units which should have been outside were in the bedroom. We reported the issue.
Parkgarage groß. Personal freundlich. Ausstattung gut. Konnten sogar schon um 11 Uhr einchecken.
Parkgarage kostenpflichtig, wenn nicht Marriott-Mitgliedschaft. 2 Kopfpolster, beide gleich hoch und hart. Duschkopf verkalkt, Wasserstrahl daher diffus. Frühstück enttäuschend für ein Sheraton: wenig Auswahl, kein Aufschnitt (Käse, Schinken, Wurst etc.), kein Ahornsirup, billige Marmelade. Hätten uns das Geld für's Frühstück wirklich sparen können!
