A wonderful overnight !
Pros:

We love staying at the Fairfield Inn Queensbury NY. Iy is clean , bright and very convenient --- a very short distance from the I87 (Adirondack Northway) . It is very easy on and off. You can see the Northway from the hotel, but you do not hear the traffic. The staff is pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. They are efficient and anxious to make your stay pleasant. Included is a very nice breakfast buffet which has a wide variety to choose from. There are several proteins --- always fluffy scrambled eggs and crisp bacon as well as various changing individual pre-made omelets. There is a juice dispenser with 4 choices, a large tray of muffins, bagels with a toaster, boiled eggs, milk andcereal, a slow cooker of oatmeal with many fixings, and condiments including salsa, cream cheese, jellies, pb, coffee tea and hot chocolate. Always clean and fresh. I hope I haven't forgotten any thing. Oh ! A waffle maker !

Pros:

I liked how helpful & kind Patty was! She gave us some information about the area since we were from out of town, let us know about the local restaurants & was super awesome about giving us bigger towels for the pool.

Disappointing you do not matter here
Pros:

We have been a customer of this hotel since it opened, prior to today all our experiences have been wonderful, until today. We specifically booked a non access room. Showed up at noon asked to be called when room was ready. No call. Show 3pm to be told only room left was accessible room. wtf we checked in at noon!!!! Asked for a call no call ! The to be told only room left is handicap room. Never ever coming back here again

Wonderful
Pros:

Eggs nicely done.

Cons:

The hot water had a taste of coffee to it. Not sure why. Im a tea drinker and don't care for coffee.


I did have trouble opening my door each time. When I'd touch the card to the area it didn't open right away. I had to try it several times. Maybe I wasn't sure how to do it.

Exceptionally accommodating!
Pros:

Great spot, went for a barn wedding 30 minutes away. Staff was exceptionally accommodating both before and after the wedding. Great spot!

Fabulous stay, great location and a great hotel!
Pros:

Loved the hot tub!!! Thought it would be too cold outside but the hot tub was so awesome!!!!! I went every night I was there! The double queen room suite was extremely clean and nice. Love white comforters. It just feels cleaner and updated. Excellent shower with large bottles of soap, conditioner and shampoo. Even the furniture was nice. The closet was so cute with pegs to hold my dresses. Extra pegs on wall were a nice touch too for coats and garments. Nice touch with reading lights by the beds. The wall in the hall going to the elevator was very cool too. The breakfast was great with plenty of food and the had the beloved waffle maker :). The lobby and breakfast areas were gorgeous. Pool area was nice and toasty warm to hang out on a cold day. Lake George was maybe 10 mins away so I went there one morning to walk around and see all the fall colors. One exit past the hotel is a great Hardware store with handmade soaps, household items, decorations and more,and lots of other shopping there like TJ Max, Walmart, JC Penney’s etc.
