Very nice staff and Ice machine very functional
Room had no vent working in bathroom and room door entrance had more flex to it than I would have liked, also had no hinge to maintain door open to facilitate check out with large items.

Paid with 3rd party but for some reason were told payment had not gone thru … i won’t use a third party anymore…(which I don’t really know why this happened)..and made me put my card payment in . Got double charged but they were good about crediting my account later.. thank Goodness!

room was dirty. found grape stems on the floor, q tip on the floor, room was dingy and had stains all over the roof, beds were not comfortable, wash rag by sink had dirt spots on it, shower curtain rod was broken and hanging
The property was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. We always stay at this hotel when we come to Corpus Cristi. Highly recommend!
There was nothing I didn’t like.
The pool is about the size of a mid-size sedan and had visible dirt covering the bottom. The outdoor furniture is old, worn out, and in need of replacement.
During our entire 5-night stay, not once were our linens or towels replaced. We eventually had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. The front desk employee asked whether we booked directly through the hotel or through a third party. When I told him we booked through Booking.com, he said that’s why our room hadn’t been serviced because they “take care of members first.” That is one of the most outrageous excuses I’ve ever heard. Paying guests should receive the same basic housekeeping service regardless of how the reservation was made.
To make matters worse, the following day my husband personally asked the housekeeping staff to change our bedding, yet no one ever came to our room. It was extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel stay and have to repeatedly ask for basic housekeeping services that should have been provided automatically.

Breakfast was excellent; cleanliness was excellent; staff was great. Location is great. Everything in CC is pretty close.
