The breakfast was ok, not good but not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were noisy, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a wooden board. The pillows were flat. Took 3 pillows to equal 1 normal pillow. Was barely able to sleep and woke up in pain every day.
The gentleman that checked us in. Provided great customer from beginning to end of his shift.
Staff for the most was great it wasn't till our last day that the problem occurred. House cleaning into our unannounced while my husband was in the shower and I was undressed getting ready. She did not come all the way which is a good thing but we were not at all pleased with this. Called the front office, the front attendant gave me an excuse which I did not ask for stating I did when I never did. Made me feel like it was my fault. Unacceptable. Just kept saying she will talk to the clean but made no attempt to fix the situation with me yet I was still courteous. There was also a roach in our room. Thank God we only saw one.
The space, customer service, free breakfast, accommodates for the disabled. Every staff member was just so kind and I would DEFINITELY book again!

There were some damages in the bathroom, and the floor near the toilet was dirty, also had an issue with the tv turning on in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet had the same food, fruit and juice everyday.

Room had no vent working in bathroom and room door entrance had more flex to it than I would have liked, also had no hinge to maintain door open to facilitate check out with large items.

Paid with 3rd party but for some reason were told payment had not gone thru … i won’t use a third party anymore…(which I don’t really know why this happened)..and made me put my card payment in . Got double charged but they were good about crediting my account later.. thank Goodness!

room was dirty. found grape stems on the floor, q tip on the floor, room was dingy and had stains all over the roof, beds were not comfortable, wash rag by sink had dirt spots on it, shower curtain rod was broken and hanging
