Amazing service
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and keep there guests in mind at all hours of the day. The lobby and the M CLUB were extremely well kept.

Great stay!
Pros:

Emilio Mora went above and beyond we needed to print my son’s parking pass for move-in day at the University of Wisconsin. He helped figure out our issue and happily solved our problem! Great service!

Came for Coldplay, had a great time because this hotel made it easy and they were nice.
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable. Came for the Coldplay concert. They were running a shuttle for $10 per person. They made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The employees were so nice too!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a concert nearby. I arrived early and asked about early check in and was told it would be about 45 mins before my room was ready so I went to grab some food and wait. When I got back there was a line that wrapped through the lobby 3 times full of angry people because no rooms were ready and doors were opening for the concert in 30 minutes. They also offered a shuttle service but you couldn’t sign up for that until check in so the shuttle was full before we even had a chance to sign up. We got ready in the lobby bathroom and headed to the show rather than waiting. We returned at 2am and the front desk staff couldn’t even be bothered to say anything more than “sign here.” There’s construction happening and the next morning we woke up to shouting in the hallway and water pouring out of the ceiling right by the elevators. This was among the worst hotel experiences I have had.

The staff is great at this hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the University of Wisconsin graduation. The hotel went out of their way to decorate in a Badger theme, offered up water and drinks on the day of graduation and had free shuttles to the stadium. I was able to secure an early check-in and the staff helped me to find an EV charger for my rental car (it was next door). My stay was wonderful but made extra special after I left. I got about a half hour out of Madison when I realized I left my Oura ring in the shower. I called and Emilio picked up and he immediately had somebody check for it. He called right back and indicated they had found it and would arrange to have it shipped to me. The entire staff was great during the stay, but Emilio went above and beyond and as a Titanium member, I really appreciate his high level of customer service!

Pros:

Booked for the pool, when arrived it was under construction. No notice at the time of booking. Additionally, the a/c unit sounded like an aircraft taking off throughout the night.
Had do not disturb notice on the door and maid still barged in before we had checked out.
The staff weren’t personable.
