Breakfast was good. Good location

Cons:

Had 3 rooms for 9 people. One of the rooms was so dirty, I had to switch rooms. Only hand soap in 1 out the 3 rooms. Food left in another rooms fridge. 2 rooms had 2 towels, 1 room had 3. Im used to 4 towels per room. Pool wasn't open which was disappointing to 6 kids.

Location for work was great, it was across the street

Cons:

The pool was shut down, I even called before booking to ensure there was a pool that was open and working. The ice machine was broken on several floors. The air didn't work in my room so it was stuffy and miserable. People were yelling and laughing in the hallway outside my door and the bed was lumpy and loud like it had plastic on it. It was AWFUL. WORST SLEEP OF MY LIFE!!

Clean room, good breakfast.

Cons:

We specifically booked this room for indoor pool. After checking in, and requesting location of pool, were we told that it was closed. We only chose here for indoor pool. There was also excessive noise in room next to us at midnight causing all of us to be awoken.

Can’t say enough good things about Home2Suites and can’t wait to return!
Pros:

We travel to the area a few times a year and always stay at Home2Suites. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the free breakfast is great and the staff is amazing and continuously goes above and beyond. My family always looks forward to our next stay!

The hotel was very nice,, the rooms were modern and clean . I will stay there again.
Pros:

The location was good . The food was not good.

Cons:

The breakfast food was not well stocked. They kept running out of coffee,,, There was no butter, the oatmeal was not very hot . I'm not sure if they had a dedicated person to take care of the breakfast place. It was empty where the pastries were supposed to be.
