Pros:

The location for the hospital was perfect. It was nice with Wal Mart so closely by. Restaurant's so close was definitely a plus.
Easy access to all the places mentioned.

Cons:

I have no complaints for the trip. Everything was easy from signing in to leaving the next morning.

Clean room

Cons:

The front desk staff member was poorly dressed and slouched over the desk while handling my booking. In over 20 years working in hospitality, I have never seen such an unprofessional appearance and attitude. I expected much higher standards from Hilton.

Pros:

Location was great for us. Close to everything. Breakfast was good some days, just ok on others.

Cons:

Had -0- water pressure, had to take extremely long showers to get the shampoo and conditioner out. This needs to be addressed!

Pros:

The front desk staff were the best. They were very helpful and super sweet.

Cons:

unfortunately the cleaning crew stank. They never once emptied the trash, asked to clean or brought clean towels
