Slept well in that bed. A few minor negatives though.
Pros:

Can't beat the heavenly bed and pillows at the Westin. It is an older building but they have tried to revamp it a little I think. Bathroom was nice and clean. Carpets could use a cleaning. Would love darker curtains on the windows. My one complaint is that the little bottle of lotion in the bathroom was open and looked half used. Also, no comfy white Westin robe in this room. Or makeup towel. I'm comparing to the Westin in Sarasota I guess. Was a little noisy downtown but that is to be expected. Bring earplugs.

Don’t stay here. Sorry and Rude.
Pros:

I live in hotels for my business so I have some reference and not too high expectations as to what to expect in a hotel. This place is a very bad choice. Not only are the rooms not clean, the late night staff is rude, rude, rude. The last thing you need at the end of a long day is a front desk manager that hangs up on you because you want a box of tissue. A person who is unwilling to let you get a box of tissue out of one of the many empty rooms.

I will choose a different hotel on my next stay.
Pros:

It’s a convenient downtown location. Valet parking was a nice addition. Staff let us check in early and check out late.

Cons:

Loud construction was going on. They don’t require key cards to access the floors. A stranger off the streets tried to follow my wife off the elevator. There was no microwave available for guests to use on their own. There were no glasses or cups in the bathroom.

Great Location
Pros:

The location was very good. Very convenient to the public transportation from bus to RTA and it's about 30 min ride to the airport. You'll have to walk about 4-5 min to get other food options. They are currently under renovation, but it will not disrupt or disturb your stay. Truly the heart of downtown and walk about to a lot of the major sites such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I got a double standard queen size room, and it was very roomy. The bathroom is sliding doors that did not have a lock on it. I got the side view of the tower center right by jack casino.

The cost of the hotel was great for its size and location, but room does need a little upgrade. The bathroom was really clean. I did find a spot on one of the sheet's which I had to cover. There is a safe in the room and a nice size fridge.

Front desk was quick and I was able to also get complimentary check out time at a later time. You'll need to re-card to access your room if you extend your time slot and leave your room.

I loved the updated rooms, and the staff was amazing!!

Cons:

The parking garage needs a HUGE update. It is very dingy and looks like a bad horror film. Lol. Maybe not that bad, but yeah.

Perfect location for visiting the R’n’R Hall of Fame!
Pros:

Well maintained. Friendly Staff. Good Eggs Benedict at breakfast.

Cons:

Fresh milk not available to take to room to make tea. No kettle.
Lots of noisy machinery above.
Intrusive air-con.

Nice Experience Here
Pros:

I stayed here the last two nights and liked it. There are a few things that are not perfect, but overall it is top notch. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a great view of the Terminal Tower out my window. I was n the 16th floor. I do some reno is going on as I saw when the elevator stopped at a floor and I could see it torn apart. The bathroom is fine and the tub/shower had some really neat tiles on the walls of it and a rainforest shower head. Thanks to spothero I was able to park in an adjoining garage for about 40% of the posted rate. A good stay for sure.
