Pros:

The location was very close to the rocket mortgage center and close to a lot of resturants. The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

No continental breakfast. No pool. No microwave in room or refrigerator. Hotel just a block away was cheaper and included breakfast, 2 cocktails at bar and a pool.

Mid Winter Business Trip
Pros:

Convenient hotel with services and luxuries that made our stay easy and comfortable. Easy to use Starbucks machine in their market store, quick valet services, and on-site restaurant and bar made our stay enjoyable and low stress. Staff were helpful when needing directions or advice. Hallways and rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet at night.

Exceptional service from Dedo
Pros:

The team has been exceptional with their customer service especially Dedo. I can’t speak enough kind words. Having to go to Cleveland Clinic every time I come to town I find peace being off the campus and can depress from my days at CC

Pros:

I had the pleasure to meet Dedo Dixon at the Westin Hotel downtown Cleveland while I was staying there. I’ve been staying at Marriott’s for 35 years and I have NEVER met such a great person before at any Marriott. I was going through so much while I was there, I was a little depressed and couldn’t stop crying. Mr. Dixon should own a fleet of hotels because the empathy that he had for me is unmatched. He took the time out of his work day to make sure that I was ok mentally before leaving that hotel.

I hate that he doesn’t live in Cleveland Ohio because I hate to see him go. I will be staying at The Westin Hotel from now on.

Friendliest Staff
Pros:

First of all, Dedo the Manager was incredible. Everytime he saw me, he stopped, remembered my name, said hello and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. I've travelled to over 60 countries, have stayed in Marriott properties all over the world, and this hotel is one of my favorites- for the staff alone! Great work Dedo and team!

Stayed 2 nights, check in was okay but they charged $100 for incidentals and I still have not received the money back. P
Pros:

Great location, but parking was a nightmare and super expensive. Over $100 for 2 nights. No other options available during winter.

Cons:

Couch had a tear in the front cushion, for the price I’d expect better quality. There was no included breakfast, again for the price I’d expect there to be.

Cons:

Room had mold, loud and could hear elevators all night, ease of checking in and out was less than competition. Pillow cases were rough especially compared to rest of bedding.

Nice stay, beautiful view and room. But unexplainable $100 charge after checkout has me very upset.

Location was good.

Cons:

That our bill was $100 more than it said it would be when we booked it. After checkout a $100 charge showed up on my credit card while I was still in the lobby and the same person I had just checked out with couldn't explain it!
