No continental breakfast. No pool. No microwave in room or refrigerator. Hotel just a block away was cheaper and included breakfast, 2 cocktails at bar and a pool.

Great location, but parking was a nightmare and super expensive. Over $100 for 2 nights. No other options available during winter.
Couch had a tear in the front cushion, for the price I’d expect better quality. There was no included breakfast, again for the price I’d expect there to be.
Hotel was decent.
Room had mold, loud and could hear elevators all night, ease of checking in and out was less than competition. Pillow cases were rough especially compared to rest of bedding.
Location was good.
That our bill was $100 more than it said it would be when we booked it. After checkout a $100 charge showed up on my credit card while I was still in the lobby and the same person I had just checked out with couldn't explain it!

That you double charged me I paid through booking.com and then you charged me again so instead of paying 351 for my room I ended out being charged 700 for my room after telling the check out clerk and calling still got double charged

The gentleman that welcomed everyone & gave an encouragement to each person for their day, was awesome to hear. Lady that did our free breakfast was a delight.

While the stay started well, the final night was a nightmare. After 11 p.m., disruptive guests in an adjoining room caused significant disturbance. They pushed on the connecting door, attempted to enter our room, and retaliated with loud music when we reported them. Repeated calls to reception failed, and the security response was dismissive and ineffective. We felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep until we were finally moved to another room around 3 a.m.
I reported this serious matter to the hotel manager, who dismissed it and redirected me to Booking.com. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered similar situations before and know that Booking.com often deflects responsibility to hotels so there is no reason to waste my time now and fail for a compensation in a cultured and common way because it always ends in 0$ refund. However, as the booking platform profiting from these stays, you share accountability for guest experiences just fyi.
I am requesting a refund for the last night due to the stress and danger we endured. Please address this matter promptly.
Really great staff. I didn’t catch his name, but he worked in the mornings and called everyone “my friend” and addressed everyone who came through the lobby telling them to have a good day, good weekend, etc. He was just a gem! The room was beautiful, clean, and had just enough space for me to spread out.
