It seemed to be secure, comfortable, and for the most part quiet.
Pros:

Pros:

Location was great. Room was decent. The staff was exceptional! From the doorman greeting everyone individually to the check in ladies who were warm and welcoming. Everyone was so accommodating.I would definitely come back:)

Cons:

The hall carpet needs to be replaced. Old and worn.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast, and outstanding hospitality from the entire staff.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore downtown Cleveland. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. What stood out the most was the breakfast—it was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out.

Great staff and location but poor room placement.
Pros:

Excellent staff - attentive, accommodating, fast.

Cons:

Noisy room. I was next to the elevator gears/pulleys and could hear them all night. I got very little sleep before running the marathon the next morning.
