Great location, clean facilities, nice room with comfy bed, very kind front desk staff.
Pros:

Last minute availability. Location near airport was super convenient, as was the airport shuttle. Also, front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

Not the cleanest room it we only needed to sleep for a coupon hours and it was late so we stayed

Cons:

The bath tub was dirty, there was hair and dirt all over the bottom. The toilet seat was broken and the comforter had hair on it.

Cons:

Couldn’t get room at comfortable temperature—cold regardless of setting; faulty lights coming off and on after shut off. Had to get another room

We have always loved the service and the convenience, location, and terrific shuttle service.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast this time

Cons:

We have been charged a room fee over and above the reservation we have made with a third party the last two times we have stayed there....it would be nice to avoid that charge and having to wait to see if our bank account has been affected.

Impressed with the updates and perks: restaurant, pool, allowing pets.
Pros:

Perfect location near the airport. Lot of nice touches! Book “reading lights” on beds were nice touch. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Liners for trash cans would be nice.

Cons:

Our room had bathtub leak, we had two towels by the door placed by room service because there was always a puddle by the front door.
The sink had a leak, where every time you turn on the sink the water leaked under. When we complained on the day of our wedding event. The technician came in and fixed it when we were on the event. (Third day of our stay) but the room service only came in first and second day and not the third and fourth day. We had wet towels on the floor for the remainder of our stay and no room service. We were told that we would get a new room if it’s not fixed, the sink seemed to be fixed but the puddle by the door was still there and we didn’t get transferred into new room.

My wife and I were highly impressed with the superior quality and convenient location. We will certainly be returning.
Pros:

The property was big and spacious, and extremely close to the airport. Everything was a cut above all the other options. The quality experienced touches on many small details in the room.

Great location close to Airport
Pros:

The location is very close to the Airport and they have an excellent shuttle services. You can leave your car in the parking lot at a reasonable price. There is a good restaurant at the lodging location. The coffee maker is very simple and easy to use.

Cons:

When the TV back on, it does not default to the channel you were watching, but their settings. The table is not up next to the WiFi, you have to move to a different location, where there is WiFi.
