如果下次有参加展会的需求还会继续来住

服务态度特别好，为了参加杭州的漫展陆续提前寄了很多零散快递到酒店，staff都很热心地帮忙收件整理送到房间了，房间宽敞舒适酒店位置离地铁也很近，附近有商圈凌晨也有能送到的外卖

Pros:

Location, staff was helpful when we ask to order something from meituan. We played the family bicycle outside the hotel around the lake it was a good family bonding time.

Cons:

I am on a family holiday with 2 kids. The kids love the big bath tub and always soak and played inside the tub, due to this they used up lots of soap and shampoo to make the tub as foamy as possible to play. We have asked for more and was told that we cant ask for soap. For Hilton and the price that we pay, being told you cant ask for soap is a little bit too much.

Pros:

The location was great and the hotel was magnificent. The only thing I'd like to point out is the aircon was centralised which it gets too hot or too cold at different time of the day.
