Really enjoyed our stay

In town for Air Force graduation ceremony.
Pros:

Friendly and knowledgeable Staff. From check in staff, cleaners, wait staff security and whomever I missed are the backbone of this facility.

Cons:

Didn’t understand the charge for parking on property but later it was explained for security in the parking areas.

Poor Breakfast and bad experience in general for Home2 type of hotel
Pros:

Location was very convenient for a short vacation to Sea world. Room size and shower were good

Cons:

I used to stay in Home2 in other locations and this was by far the worst experience.
Breakfast ending 9:30 but at 8:30 there were no more cheese, biscuits , orange juice, oatmeal. Nothing was being replaced! Terrible experience. There was an old lady in front of the breakfast table only looking at what you were getting but not making any effort to replace things.
In addition to that, I’ve asked for sofa bed sheets when I realized they didn’t leave in the room for us, it was already 10pm and we wanted to sleep, I had to wait 1 hour to get the sheets and this is because I kept asking where were the sheets we asked for. By 11pm we got them. Terrible!
And other small things too like there was no shampoo in our dispenser, how on earth do you prepare a room for check in and don’t check the essentials ?

Never coming back. Dirty. Safety concerns.

Good breakfast. Decent rooms.

Cons:

Truck parked next to ours was broken into. No towels in the swimming pool area. Garbage everywhere outside, inside was dirty (floors of main lobby, elevators)

I asked them to clean my room or atleast give me new bed sheets and take the trash and give me toilet paper they said ok but never did it I asked them another time n she said ok but never did it house keepers where bad
