The hotel staff was amazing!!! Rosa and Ruben were amazing at breakfast. They made sure the food was replenished and checking on us.

The place was FILTHY STINKY AND THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY NASTY TO BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. ALSO THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE US SMELLED REALLY BAD LIKE THE ROOM HAD PREVIOUSLY FLOODED AND THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, SO THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM AND THAT ROOM WAS DIRTY AS WELL. I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY CLRANING PRODUCTS JUST TO MAKE THE ROOM COMFORTABLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. BOTH BEDS HAD BLOOD AND CEMENT STAINS ON THE PILLOWS AND THE COVERS ALSO THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN AND WATER WAS GOING EVERY WHERE ALSO THE PIPES UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK WAS LOOSE CAUSING WATER TO GO EVERY WHERE AT THAT POINT I WAS DONE. I CHECKED OUT FIRST THING THE VERY NEXT MORNING AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. IVE STAYED AT OTHER HOME2 SUITES AND THIS WAS THE BY FAR THE WORST. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER AND HIGHER MORE STAFF AND MAKE SURE THEY PROPERLY CLEAN THE ROOMS AND YALL SHOULD PUT BRAND NEW SHEETS AND COMFORTERS AND PILLOWS ON THESE BEDS ITS VERY DISGUSTING TO LAY IN THAT TYPE OF FILTH.
The best thing about this stay was Rosa at breakfast. Her salsa is AMAZING and she served our food like we were family.
I would come back for Rose’s salsa alone. Delicious!! Very sad this place doesn’t serve other meals so I could cover my plate with it. Add chips to the breakfast buffet and I may not leave!

The front desk staff was always courteous, and our rooms were always spotless after our outings. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially Rosa’s salsa. The only thing that needs improvement is the pillows. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return.

Came to home2suites in San Antonio and first time I see a molcajete chile in the breakfast and let me tell you it’s the best I’ve tasted they should bring more Mexican dishes for breakfast in hotels. Lady that made it her name is Rosa
We had a great stay at this Home2 Suites! The breakfast was delicious, super clean, and well-prepared. They offered a wide variety of both savory and sweet options, which was perfect for both the kids and adults in our family. A quick tip for future guests: make sure to check out both sides, as there are actually two breakfast rooms!
