It’s very clean, people are friendly, and breakfast is on point.
A parking fee should not be applied to your hotel fees.
I asked them to clean my room or atleast give me new bed sheets and take the trash and give me toilet paper they said ok but never did it I asked them another time n she said ok but never did it house keepers where bad

It was good breakfast
Having a fridge, microwave, etc in the room was so handy. We used it lots. The breakfast was good and the staff that worked in that area were very helpful. I have a dairy allergy and they made sure I had all the information I needed so that I didn't eat anything I shouldn't. People at the front desk were very helpful also. Keisha was very helpful with our reservation after it was made and made sure that everything we needed.
The walls in this hotel are very thin. We could hear babies crying, people arguing, kids running up and down the hall.
Very clean and the room has alot of kitchen utensils like plate glass coffe mug whis is perfect for the whole family
This hotel was very close SeaWorld and other attractions we planned to visit. I wasn't aware before booking the hotel, but it was also close to shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast offered in the mornings was great. There was no need to eat anywhere else. The room was very spacious for two adults and two children.
I'm not sure if there was anything I didn't like other than shower head in the bathroom. It could use upgrading.

Cleanliness, customer service, breakfast, and indoor pool
One of the beds had stains on the sheets that they supposedly cleaned but they indeed did not. I have time stamp pictures with the same stains to show they didnt change them even though the staff said they would take care of it. They just made the bed without changing the sheets. The bathroom sink would fill up and drain slowly. The bathroom also smelled pissy and there where stains all ove the bathroom wall. The room above me had a pet or a young child that stomped around during the days stayed. There is renovation going on in some of the rooms so that also made the stay nosy during the day.
