Beautiful hotel, it’s huge!! The pool is amazing. Only stayed a night so didn’t have much time to judge it or explore. Different restaurant options at the hotel was cool.
People were running to get towels at the pool, so it felt like you were fighting to get a towel. We had 4 people and a baby in our room, and there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. I knew the valet and parking situation before we came. Valet is always great and I love using it. I just wish it was an option. $60 is a lot in my opinion. Bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast price was ridiculous and so was the wait, even though there were many tables available

Limpian la habitación cada 3 días, por lo cual no hacen las camas diariamente, ni sacan la basura de los botes del cuarto y el baño. Esto estaría bien si fuera un Airbnb, pero jamás para un hotel. Limpieza, hacer camas y sacar basura cada 3 días????? Increíble. La pequeña refri que hay dentro tenía cucarachas. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y la mayoría del tiempo se siente calor en la habitación.

Worst experience of my life. Didn't even stay 10 mins and they charged me for the night after agreeing to refund. Filthy, roaches, hard bed, dirty, scammers

The rep at the desk seemed a bit lost and made the check in take much longer than needed. Large blood-tupe stain on carpet hidden under couch
I prepaid my room 2 days before my arrival but at the check-in they told me they was sold out for the king room so they provide me a Quine room and offer me breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience, sounds good but next morning at the breakfast room I was told only one breakfast was included even the voucher said breakfast for room not for one person . So had to pay for second breakfast.
Location. It’s close to centennial park.
It gives off a fancy upscale vibe but it is far from it. It’s not a big deal but kinda hate the misconception. I would say it’s a better version of a red roof inn, and that isn’t great! Also, sound proofing is not great there. Heard cars revving up all night long. I think that comes with just being in Atlanta unfortunately

1) The furniture and the decoration is very old and depressing
2) Safety box is not working
3) Bed is not comfortable
4) AC is poor
5) There is literally no sound isolation in the room, you can hear everything from the street/other rooms/hallways
6) The staff are very unprofessional, for example one time I asked the front desk by phone (her name is Lia) and she told to come down to take it as her colleges are busy cleaning rooms at 1 am and no one can help! What kind of service is this!
Absolute prime location to explore midtown atlanta.
Valet Parking is kind of expensive and I thought breakfast was over priced but after voucher it's actually a good deal as it's real well prepared food.
