I like the fact that you all let me know about deposits and daily fees.

Cons:

I think you should let people know that there is public parking available also. Didn't like that there was no way for my mom to get on second floor, so my room was changed twice.

Top hotel
Pros:

The staff that worked there were so welcoming and accommodating always with a friendly smile and attitude. Kizzi and Mariel were outstanding , so kind helpful as Receptionists .I would recommend this hotel in Atlanta . A 10 minute walk from most of the attractions.

Überraschend gut trotz vieler negativer Bewertungen
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Uns wurde ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt.
Personal war stets hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Cons:

Wände sehr dünn. Teilweise laute Hotelgäste in größeren Gruppen.
Ausstattung war etwas älter, aber trotzdem in Ordnung.

Never going back.
Pros:

The property was okay. Valet is horrible and needs to be more organized when people are pulling in and how they bring guests cars out. It’s hard to get in and out.

Cons:

They charged me twice for valet. They charged it with my final invoice and when I went to the window to get my car. When I reached out to them to get this refunded they stopped responding. In today’s economy why are you playing with peoples money like that. So I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel. I also offered to show my receipt and they never responded.
