Great place to stay that is friendly, comfortable and extremely clean!
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and the room is well appointed with ameneties.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, big, clean rooms!
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff was on hand keeping it stocked and clean. My room was huge and so clean. It is less than a mile from Kutztown University which was so convenient.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic especially as we were in a middle of a snowstorm and couldn't do enough for us...

Rooms were great with 2 queens size beds

Cons:

Only gripe I'd say is the toilet, the doors were sliding doors and there was no extractor fans on them
