一次令人满意的旅行经历
Pros:

酒店早餐虽然相比较中国酒店而言样式不算太多，但在北美的酒店中已经算不错的了，酒店管理人员总是在与客人确认对早餐的满意度，可见他们非常愿意提高服务质量，希望得到客人的满意和认可。酒店房间很大、床品干净舒适，约朋友聚会聊天也很方便。浴室设备设施齐备，空间大，使用方便，只是没有手持花洒，这一点稍微有些不方便。酒店还提供泳池、健身房等设施。工作人员都非常友好，服务热情周到。酒店距离皮尔逊机场很近，15分钟车程，如果转机或者在机场附近办事会非常方便。从酒店步行10分钟左右有三趟公交车，如乘坐公交车出行相对也比较方便。

Cons:

酒店在上午九点半至下午五点之间不提供咖啡吧或酒吧服务，也没有超市便利店等，对于这个阶段有用餐需求的客人不是很方便。

Not impressed
Pros:

Sorry. What I didn’t like.The pool water was cloudy. Several teens were squealing and steaming. I had to tell them not to have one stand on another’s shoulders and do a flip off as the water is too shallow.
The male at the desk wore a heavy scent. It was overpowering. I am allergic to scents.
I was told at the end to mark them at the top on the survey. Sorry, no.

Cons:

See above. One design concern in the bathroom- of a handicap room was the shampoo and conditioner were too high if in the tub.
The covers on the bed were a very weird texture
The second de doors were marked as not working and only the main door in front he other building could be used

Will never come back
Pros:

Nice lobby, enough breakfast

Cons:

There was no hand soap, washroom fan was not working, not enough light without natural light to get ready for party, beds have spring mattress not comfortable, beddings was not fresh. Staff was rude.
