若い人向けのホテルでした

トイレと浴室が別であったこと
コーヒーが飲み放題であったこと
屋上で過ごせたこと
スタッフが若い人だけしかいなかったが 対応は良くしてくださった

Cons:

眠るだけとはいえ とにかく部屋が狭く ケースをひろげるスペースもなかったし 息苦しさを感じた

電車が止まり帰れなかったので急な宿泊となった　コンパクトなお部屋の作りだったけど、ベットが広かったので気持ちよく寝れた…清潔感もあり、フロントの方が丁寧に案内してくれて年寄りには助かりました。

テレビがなく年寄りにはわかりずらく、洗面台に行くのにスクリーンがあり通るたびにストレスを感じた

It was my first time coming to Japan & really enjoyed my stay at Slash Kawasaki Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, with excellent customer service. I especially loved the thoughtful rooftop cinema experience for guests. It was my birthday trip to Japan, and the staff surprised me with beautiful handmade artificial flowers 💐, which made my stay even more special. Thank you!

Cons:

There was a slight language barrier, but the staff communicated well with guests. The main downside was that the hotel restaurant was often fully booked in advance, making dinner reservations difficult for the guests within the hotel.
