スタッフ対応に強い不快感。二度と利用しません 接客態度に失望。部屋は良かっただけに残念
Pros:

全体的に期待していた以上の滞在でした。部屋は清潔感があり、広さも程よく快適に過ごせました。チェックイン対応をしてくださった女性スタッフの方は丁寧で感じが良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際、個人情報の入力のためキーボードを渡され、入力に時間がかかっていたところ、対応外だった別のスタッフ2名（フロントにいた男性スタッフとその隣の女性スタッフ）に小声で嘲笑されました。対応してくださった方とは別のスタッフによるものでしたが、お客様対応の現場としてあってはならない光景で、この一件で宿泊全体の印象が大きく下がってしまいました。また、浴室はシャワーのみで浴槽はありませんでした。事前の記載を見落としやすいので、よく見て予約するとよいと思います。
