Nice just for a short stay

Cons:

Lack of communication about issues impacting my room (no water for one of the days of my stay). I had to ask for clean linens upon arrival and also when I was moved to another room. Bedding is not changed between guests.

Other than the sound of vehicles at night, we were please with room and facilities provided.
Pros:

The location is nearby my training venue.

Cons:

The room was not sound proof. We were able to hear the vehicle sound from the main road throughout the night.

Datang pukul 4.30 bilik belum bersih lagi pelik betul...sabun pun takda kat bilik air...pastu pekerja dia kata sebab lambat bagi cek out pukul 1 ...hahah ko IGT aku bodoh hotel 5 star pun bagi aku Kuar pukul 1,lain la kau kata bagi aku Kuar pukul 2...bajet aku gembira la tu kau bagi aku Kuar pukul 1??? Pukul 10 aku nak kuar..kalau x kerana konsert Sean Paul MMG tak aku tido sini ...

Pros:

Staff,easy parking..they provide seterika outside room..they provide kettle & mineral but can't make hot water like cofee ,tea&Milo,maybe need to buy outside...

Cons:

They don't provide amenities like cofee,sugar,tea&milk..on picture they have television but in real in room don't have television.only have bracket TV at wall..
