Extremely disappointing experience; far below Sheraton standards

Service Failures:
​Arrival: I waited over 10 minutes for valet assistance with no result, eventually having to park the car myself. Upon check-in, no staff offered to assist with my luggage.
​Maintenance: I attempted to call the front desk at 2:00 AM regarding the malfunctioning AC, and my call went completely unanswered.
​Suite Conditions:
​Cleanliness: The room was in a disgusting state. There were carpet stains throughout, filthy windows, and most concerningly, what appeared to be a bloodstain on the couch.
​Comfort: The suite remained uncomfortably hot despite the AC being on; it felt as though the temperature was artificially capped, making it impossible to sleep.
​Amenities: The water pressure was consistently weak, making basic tasks like showering take twice as long as they should.
