Heads up. Something not right here. My hotel stay included seven nights parking but I was charged $156 by Metropolis for parking and left without my car which was stolen while parked there. Philadelphia police said they were not surprised, Hotel general manager promised a refund of parking charge and never delivered and is now ghosting me.
Stayed after Phils home opener. Stopped at the bar after the game. Ordered 2 dinks and 2 orders of soft pretzels. Bartender was soon going off shift and asked us to settle our check. Menu price for pretzels $11, charged $13. My drink, charged $13. Told bartender and he said he was unaware and no one ever pointed it out, but happily fixed it. Got another drink and new bartender charged $15 for same thing. Didn't bother saying anything. Got a handicap access room, (didn't ask for), bathroom had door for wheelchair, but had a tub, somewhat confusing. Room across from elevator, cleaning staff very loud early in the morning. Ok place, but will consider other options in future. Marriot Bonvoy Member
It was ok.
Parking charges.
They told me that they didn't have a room available for me after I reserved 1 week in advance and prepaid. They sent me to the Aloft hotel across the street that was filthy. Room was covered in bugs with old AC units that would short out mid use
Location was good, 10 mins from sport stadiums/arena.
Total for the trip was around $800, I got charged over $2000 for my trip. If I didn’t ask about it, who knows what I would been charged.
Bed was comfortable
Shower was hard to turn on. Water pressure was low. AC unit was noisy.
The parking guard was extremely rude to my father and we were just dropping people off
The parking guard should have been nicer and he didn't even give us his name we were just dropping people off

Danyelle M, the front desk agent was more than helpful throughout my entire night here. When you enter a hotel, and any hotel, whether you’re paying 100 or 300, the staff is what will make your stay worthwhile. She is the perfect person to have face front of the hotel. She is a genuine and kind woman who’s here to HELP and that to me stands out from most!!
The property is close to the airport, easy to access from the highway, and the staff was wonderful.
Our toilet didn’t flush in our room. Also they charge $24 for the first night of parking there (the night we were actually using the hotel) and then $12 /day after that. To leave our car there from Saturday-Saturday plus the cost of the room is close to $400. They should let you park for free while you’re actually staying on the property. Even Disney doesn’t charge to park cars at their resorts.
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Close to airport. Good shuttle
It has gotten a bit pricey
Easy to book. Despite being so close to the airport, it is a quiet location.
The parking situation is horrible! There is a $25.00 fee for parking. There are several lodgings within the enclosed property. I had to park at the farthest , darkest part of the property, behind one of the other hotels and walk to my hotel.
The sink in my room didn't drain unless I held the stopper open with my fingernails.
The entry floor was Sticky.
The entry door to the room had been damaged to the point that to open or close it required an unrealistic amount of force.
There wasn't any water in the shower in the morning, I couldn't take a shower
