I'd be happy to stay again - as long as it wasn't in the winter!
Pros:

Very clean, modern, good decor, well maintained, and good service.

Cons:

The room was colder than would be expected, even with the air conditioning turned up. This was no-doubt due, in part, to the -29 degrees Celsius temperature outside. This may seem picky but, speaking as an engineer who designs building services, I would expect the heating system to be designed for the typical winter climate.
