Seems like an older property BUT very clean and well kept. Extremely convenient being on Main Street.

Perfect for a visit to Great Sand Dunes NP
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room size was more than adequate for our one night stay. There are several good restaurant choices nearby.

Pros:

The rooms are super clean and the breakfast is at an amazing place. The staff is extremely kind. The location is near the college and right downtown. Love it.

Cons:

That I couldn't get coffee until 7 am. I had to walk to a gas station, which was fine, but there wasn't any in the room, the lobby wasn't open, and neither was the restaurant. Also, could use at least one more pillow on the bed.

Free breakfast made to order at cafe next door.

Cons:

Extremely strong smell from being smoked in for years before they changed to no smoking. We had to change from original room to another and it was a little better but still smelled.

This motel is an excellent value in a fabulous location!
Pros:

Overall, this was a fantastic value! We were greeted warmly on arrival and every interaction with the staff was pleasant. The included breakfast was such a wonderful way to start the day. The patio seating outside the motel was a great surprise, especially with the coffee shop nearby. The room was clean and had what we needed.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for my husband and me, but I realize this is very subjective. You can't please everyone with the same mattress! The dated decor made the room feel a bit dingy even though it was clean. However, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Posizione centrale nel paese di Alamosa. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione al bar di fianco alla struttura.
Qualità, dimensioni e pulizia sono le tipiche dei motel americani di un on the road, perciò non aspettatevi troppo; ottimo per una toccata e fuga al Great Sand Dunes National Park (circa 40km dall'hotel, ma il parco è a 40km da tutto). La città in sè ha poco da offrire.

Cons:

La pulizia, un po' di ammodernamento delle camere.

Amazingly clean!!! It’s like a sterile time travel to the 90s! The building is so cool and well taken care of.
