Great opportunity to make new friends.
Pros:

The service team was so helpful. They received me as early as 2:50a.m. May the Lord bless them.

They helped me upload 'grab" app on my gadget to ease my movements.

Cons:

Not at the hotel. It was basically my shopping experience which did not go well on return at the IOI City Mall.

Pros:

Good size of room for family of four. Location of hotel was alright for our itinerary.

Cons:

The bathroom is poorly designed and flooded both shower and toilet areas very quickly. The room is somewhat poorly lit and cleanliness was so so. And the walls are thin – we experienced very inconsiderate occupants who spent the night talking loudly and laughing. I guess you get what you pay for.
