Smještaj je bio odličan — upravo onakav kakav je prikazan na fotografijama. Osoblje je uvijek bilo dostupno i spremno pomoći u vezi bilo kakvih zahtjeva.

Hersey beklentimden cok daha guzeldi ,temizlik ,calisanlar hersey mukemmeldi. Ama kahvalti aksam yemekleri cok take ve harika idi ,gonul rahatligi ile 10/10 diyebilirim herkese siddetle tavsiye ediyorum....

Everything was far better than I expected. The cleanliness, the staff, and the overall service were all excellent. The breakfast and dinner were also very tasty and wonderful. I can honestly say 10/10 with complete confidence, and I highly recommend it to everyone...

Sadece spa havuz kullanılması konusunda çocuklu aileler icin aksam 7 ye kadar kullanılim verilirse cok daha iyi olur ,cunku aksam 9 a kadar cocuklarla ciglikcigliga spada pek dinlenme gibi olmadi o yuzden ilk gunden sonra spayi kullanmadik..


The only suggestion I would make is regarding the use of the spa pool. It would be much better if families with children were allowed to use it only until around 7 pm. Because when children were in the spa until 9 pm, it became quite noisy and it wasn’t really possible to relax. For that reason, we didn’t use the spa after the first day...

Be prepared to drag your luggage all the way up and down and no one to see you off while check out
Pros:

- Jacuzzi and the whole room was good.
- Lunch and dinner was ok.

Cons:

We paid a decent amount for our room but regretted as there was nothing special apart from the Jacuzzi. We had to drag our luggage all the way up to level 2 (the staff helped us on arrival).

On our checkout day there was no one to help us with our luggage or nobody even bothered to see us off despite letting them know a night before that we will leave early in the morning and may need help and as soon as we stepped out of the main door we heard the door closed immediately yet no one bothered to say Good bye probably in fear that they might have to help if interacted. We received a good bye message though which was the silver lining.

We had to drag our luggage through their steep road up to the main road at around 5-6 AM in the morning (It was dark).

Do red and green tour all on your own as it will be much cheaper and worth it.

Staff made our stay amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Pros:

Staff was amazing!! They helped us with everything. Arranged our transportation and did it all through whats app! AMAZING!!! Food was great! Eggs in the morning-so delicious! They even pulled out christmas decorations for us even though they dont celebrate Christmas themselves.

Cons:

Water in the pool was too cold :( there were some broken items in the rooms like for example curtain hangers

Lovely Experience in a cave.
Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. They helped with anything we needed. The experience of living in a cave was awesome.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - sowohl das Hotel als auch die Region sind eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ein Erlebnis. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren super lecker und sehr liebevoll und ansprechend präsentiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.
Der Hotelbesitzer/Manager hat uns auch kurzfristig und zu jederzeit bei jeder Frage geholfen- egal ob wir ein Aktovität buchen wollte oder ein Taxi zum Flughafen. Wirklich erstklassiger Service vom gesamten Team, den wir so gar nicht gewohnt sind.

Η τιμή πολύ καλή και περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!

Τα δωμάτια μας ήταν σε σπηλιά. Πολύ εντυπωσιακά και ζεστά!!

Cons:

Κάναμε 5 διανυκτερεύσεις, ήρθαν μια φορά να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε.
Ήταν πολύ οικονομικό το ξενοδοχείο γι'αυτό το λόγο ίσως δεν ήταν στις παροχές του. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα

Перфектен хотел, слаб ресторант
Pros:

Стаите в хотела наистина са разположени в скала, обзаведени са много подходящо без излишни неща и са големи. Беше много топло в стаите. Хотела е супер

Cons:

Водата в басейна не беше достатъчно топла. Закуската не беше разпределена добре - ние бяхме 4 възрастни с 2 деца и получавахме почти същото като стая с двама души. Нямахме десерт към вечерята. Накрая за 6 чаши вино платихме 50 €, което далеч не беше такова качество. Ресторанта разваля оценката. Бебешкото легло е за новородени. Нашето бебе е на 10 месеца и се изправя и леглото изобщо не беше подходящо за него.
