Great lobby bar!
Pros:

The lobby bar was our go-to at night during our 4-day business tradeshow and meetings. Bartender Nicolas stile the show with his friendliness and professionalism behind the bar. Made each night fun for us. We all need bartenders like Nic!

Pros:

The receptionists are always not nice
They always refuse to open the piano for a pianist to play few minutes to his colleagues
Sheraton is a place to feel happy when resting or visiting.
It sad to have such a blocking mentality.
The general manager of this place should know and rectify this unprofessional approach
