First time visit to Salem.
Pros:

Beds were ho hum. Breakfast was ho hum.

Cons:

Low water pressure. Light in ceiling of shower leaked. Front desk staff were always confused. Cookies were prepackaged Lorna Doone. Room service every other day. NOT worth what we had to pay!!!

Great location, walking distance to Pressed Cafe and Starbucks, and clean!

Cons:

Beds were not supportive and too soft/sinking so we didn't get good sleep.

Worst Hampton stay so far
Cons:

The pool heater was broken, the shower was moldy, something set off the smoke alarm at breakfast time, the upholstered seats/chairs were stained in the areas where breakfast is.

Pros:

La chambre est grande est très propre, personel accueillante, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux, il manque des légumes et du fromage. Le café était horrible...ce n'est pas du café mais de l'eau avec arôme de café.

Pros:

Property was easily accessible. Situated about 20 minutes from both Boston and Salem. Everyone was friendly and facilities were clean.
