Mixed Review
Pros:

The staff was kind, the room and common areas were clean, and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was down which was the reason we stayed a second night. Another family was allowed to go to a neighbor hotel to swim, but when we asked about it we were given excuses why we couldn't go. We came down both mornings for breakfast with roughly 40 minutes left for breakfast and had to wait or had less options for breakfast. The bar and food service was not available because they were short staffed. If I were to need a hotel in the same area again, I would give them another try, as I understand staffing issues make things difficult.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, room, great staff! The event coordinator Melanie was amazing and accommodating!

Cons:

Almost charged an extra $250 for smoking in the room! There was NO SMOKING in my room!!!!

Good stay but horrible service from
Cons:

Booking.com never sent my payment info to the hotel: therefore, the hotel double charged me for the stay. And even a month later I’m still dealing with this issue between my bank and the hotel, all because booking.com didn’t send proper info to the correct hotel.

Terrible
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly

Cons:

During our entire 5-day stay, our room was cleaned once. We had to ask for new towels everyday, and I had to ask for new sheets and change the bed myself. My trash cans were over flowing so I had to leave trash bags in the hall for random pick up and buy trash bags from the store behind the hotel to replace them.

Disappointing
Pros:

We’ve been using this hotel for family gatherings since it was built. Our previous experiences actually brought us back and led us to recommend this property to other people/family visiting the area.

Cons:

When we arrived there was no power due to an area outage. Which we overlooked and decided to stay anyway. Our room smelled bad, like a strong urine was soaked into the carpet or furniture. Despite spraying scented room spray and informing several employees, nothing helped or was done about it. The water was also turned off during our stay.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and the hotel was kept up well. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

They charged my card for $250, even though I already paid online. When I caught it, they said it was a mistake and returned it. Four days later, I have two charges and $500 holding on my card. While there, someone else called on the phone with the same problem. It looks to be that this might not be an "accident."

Great accomodations at a reasonable price!
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and modern. I appreciated the extra large (deep) vanity top as it made plenty of room for my toiletry and makeup items. There were many plugs and ports around the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was good with hot food choices. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Solid Choice
Pros:

Stayed here for one night while passing through area. This was our 4th hotel of our trip and by far, the best shower pressure and nicest towels. It is not one of the newest properties, but it is good for a stopover for sure. The breakfast was not as good as other Hyatt Place properties that we have stayed at. This one in particular was not worth $8 per person because it was nothing more than a free breakfast at any Hampton or Fairfield.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The shower was very clean and the appearance of the hotel was very upscale
