Cons:

The front desk manager was rude. When they found out I used a third party to book they made me pay another $100 for no reason. Kinda pissed about no explanation.

Cons:

INSONORISATION catastrophique ! Je pouvais tout entendre de ce que disaient mes voisins. Quand j'ai remonté l'information aux deux femmes de la réception j'ai reçu un pauvre "so sorry". Un peu nul comme prise en charge pour une compagnie qui veut faire du "make it brillant"

Familiar and comfortable stay
Pros:

Fifth visit to this hotel which I guess says it all! Very convenient for visiting attractions / events at the botanical gardens. Also I love Ruth Chris steak house!

Cons:

Nothing really! Could do with the option of USC sockets now instead of USB

Great experience and the shuttle to Ravinia was amazing!

Clean, updated, shuttle to Ravinia, shuttle driver very helpful
