Propreté de la salle de bain; grandeur de la chambre; stationnement adéquat.

Ma note globale est surtout attribuée à la situation inacceptable qui s'est produite: un couple est entrée dans ma chambre pendant que j'y étais - l'hôtel leur avait attribuer ma chambre! C'est totalement inacceptable. De plus, mes clés de chambre ne fonctionnaient pas à plusieurs reprises, et c'est la Sécurité qui devaient venir ouvrir ma porte de chambre et me remettre de nouvelles clés. Dans cette situation, tout ce que l'hôtel me disait: we're sorry - we're sorry ... computer problems .... Très peu d'empathie pour le client. Enfin, nous avons mal été accueuillis au restaurant de l'hôtel, par l'hotesse, et par le serveur pour notre table. Donc l'expérience était décevante non pas à cause des caractéristiques physiques de l'hôtel, mais pour les raisons ci-haut décrites. Les questions de votre sondage de satisfaction devraient s'attarder aux Services de l'hôtels et la qualité de l'accueil, du restaurant et de ses employés. Vous offrez un Service et non simplement la location d'une chambre. La note globale du séjour est en fonction de mon '' expérience '', et non de la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel et la qualité de l'expérience sont ''critiques''.

Excellent.
Pros:

I called to ask adjoining rooms. She said that would not likely be possible but that she would get us rooms next to each other or close by. When we checked in, we were not close by or even in the same part of the hotel, but the person checking us in noticed that we wanted that and worked to switch things around to make it work. We greatly apreciated that. Also loved that it had indoor parking!!!!

Cons:

All good. Would stay here again.

All in all very nice place and will stay there again.
