I did not have breakfast while staying at this hotel but I did order room service for dinner. We ordered four meals. The food was very good, but when the food was delivered, the belhop informed us that we were supposed to have a large coffee table in our room (we had just a sofa. We didn't know we were supposed to have one. He did not offer to get us one. We had to eat our meals at the desk and on a tiny bedside table.
Pool was a very long walk, through a maze of hallways because we had to go into the best western hotel and basically walk all the way through all the hallways to get to it. Once there, it was super busy and no where to sit.

13 doors, a elevator, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the pool
Rooms very clean,beds comfortable. Location is good. Towels in the room, large which was nice. Room is spacious. Cleaning staff really nice. Check out is at 12noon which was nice.
Many things are add ons or upgrades!! Like a cup of coffee. Several other Hotels are very clean, provide complimentary coffee and many include breakfast.
There was a large group there during our stay. I/we had great difficulty getting to the elevator or Lobby area because the group filled the hallway and were not curteous in letting other guests through.
