Lousy customer service. So much in contrast with the sister Hotel, Mansion have excellent service. Front desk is grouchy and not happy to serve or answer questions

12 April 2025 hotel Condition: Eerie and scary. Couldn't see any guest except the only counter staff
Pros:

I booked this hotel in April 12, 2025.
At this year, the facilities of this hotel is truly bad! Not recommended to stay.

1st room:
they gave me 3rd floor room, without a window King mattress room.

1) TV spoilt
2) Basin water too small and Couldn't wash face and Brush teeth.
3) Dim light and very eerie feeling!
4) Mirror put at wrong place by facing to the bed.

So i requested to change to another room.


2nd room:
3rd floor corner room with window.

1) TV spoilt also!
2) Basin water too small also and Couldn't wash face and Brush teeth!
3) Dim light and very eerie feeling also!
4) Mirror put at wrong place by facing to the bed.
5) The toilet door close and Couldn't open again!!!

It was a terrible experience, Because it was Midnight and i was very tired already, so i didn't want to change hotel. So the staff asked me to use the same master key to open the 3rd room.


3rd room:
3rd floor at another corner room with window.

Since all rooms conditions are the same, so i got no choice but stay in. The night was so scary as the place was so eerie, i didn't see any guest at all except the only counter staff!

I pull the blanket to cover my whole body and called my friend inside the blanket for 1 hour till 1am cos it was a eerie place! After that i turned on music to put me to sleep. Overall, it is very eerie and scary hotel!

I will NEVER book this hotel anymore!
