Ich mag den Design des Hotel, die Cornersuite und die Lage.
Der Service beim Frühstück was ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und doch sehr diskret. Hätte nicht besser sein können, Dank und Gratulationen der jungen Frau.

Cons:

Die knappe Bar-Karte und mangelnde Flexibilität sie etwas zu ergänzen. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, für's apéro oder late night drink empfiehlt sich die Lounge beim Hyatt, ganz in der Nähe.
Als Hotel auf jedenfall lieber Neues Schloss ;-)

ACHTUNG Booking Com Genius: Gratisfrühstück wird "versprochen" aber dem Unterkunft nicht gemeldet (2x passiert). Service an Booking com antwortet nicht, kein Service nur minderwertige KI

Hotel hat sich eher verschlechtert. War vor paar Jahren zweimal da.
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt, Frühstück für ein 5* Hotel nicht entsprechend.

Cons:

Über Booking gebucht und anschliessend eine Rechnung verlangt da der Aufenthalt geschäftlich war. Warte immer noch auf die Rechnung. Rezeption hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie es nicht machen wenn über Booking gebucht. Freunde von mir haben Zimmer selber gebucht, ich habe aber alle E-Mails erhalten-Grund unbekannt. Rezeption meinte ich soll die Freunde sensibilisieren.

Pros:

Excellent service and very professional staff. This is the perfect boutique hotel experience. Super friendly. We felt like home. Every detail made us feel cared for. Perfect location to explore the city. Would definitely come back

Machen wir gern wieder
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Cons:

Alles bestens.

Vor der Übernachtung habe ich gelesen, dass die Wasserflaschen 35.- kosten sollten. Das ist nicht wahr. Das Wasser kostet nichts. Man soll nur die Flasche nicht mit sich nehmen 😌

Poor Quality Hotel, Stay Away from this One
Pros:

Stay Away from this hotel. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel, not the 5-star listed here. There is no air conditioning to speak of, rooms were at best at 27 degrees C at night. The staff is wonderfully polite though, but would be good if they would not lie about not being able to fix the air conditioning and rooms not being ready -- when the rooms actually were ready. Overall, a poor quality hotel and no reason to stay here if you have other choices.
