Great service at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodated my needs.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a while, and Beaut has consistently made my experience even better. She’s always welcoming, friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I need. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in providing great customer service. She always makes me feel comfortable and valued whenever I come through the front desk. Beaut is truly an asset to the hotel, and her kindness and positive attitude doesn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate everything she does!

Let me start by saying you know if your stay is going to go well or not by the Receptionist. I was greeted by Mrs. LaTonya with a huge smile and a very meaningful greeting. I am a Hilton brand member as Mrs. LaTonya noticed via my booking. The details matter, as she offered me my preferences without me having to ask. Needless to say, my room was inviting and met my needs.
Hilton Brand: Mrs. LaTonya is a great representstive of what "Customer Service" should be at any establishment and of your company. "Thank You!!" Mrs. LaTonya!!

On 07-23-2026, my children (3 and 9 year old) were playing on the floor of our assigned room, Room 511, when we discovered discarded syringe needles (biohazardous medical waste) left on the carpet by housekeeping. Furthermore, the response from management at this property has been completely unacceptable:
Immediate Response: The front desk clerk offered nothing more than a casual verbal apology.
Manager Delay: The property manager failed to contact me until 12+hours after the incident was reported.
Insulting Resolution: When the manager finally called, they attempted to resolve a dangerous biohazard exposure by offering Hilton Honors loyalty points.

I m still waiting on management to call me back.

We were waiting for our rental to be finished, and had to stay in the hotel as a family of 5. The workers at this hotel made the experience so great! Between the front desk people, in particular Latonya and Beaut. And other stuff like Jalen and Melvin, made the experience great! The manger is always checking in, and I felt extremely safe. The pool is great and well kept. And is in a great location, next to the mall and other stores ranging from retail to grocery store.

Carmen is the best and she was very nice to my family traveling from out of town. My family normally get an Airbnb and she took care of my family and was respectful.
