This is a reasonably priced hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Location is good, only 200 yards from beach and a bit further to bus stops. My double room was south facing and had a balcony. Breakfast was good, although a little chaotic. Didn't have evening meal. Free entertainment every evening apart from Sundays. Sea view (between tower blocks). Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was all clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Room was a little small for a double, but that was reflected in the price. Tiled floors everywhere made the hotel a little noisy. The only lift is quite small. Anyone not fit enough to use the stairs could have a long wait at busy times. The 200 yards from the beach to the hotel is mostly uphill (ignore what it says on Google maps) and again could be a struggle for anyone with fitness issues.

Value hotel in good location
Pros:

I booked this visit in a hurry and got a single room which was quite small, but cheaper than a double.

Cons:

Room was a little small but this was reflected in the price. This isn't a complaint, but an observation - the single rooms face north (no sea views) and have no balcony. Also, at the moment (March 2026) the hotel behind Mont Park (The Port Benidorm Hotel) is being rebuilt and the resulting work is noisy and goes on all day. The updated hotel is supposed to open in Spring 2026, but I can't see that happening. In the Mont Park the tiled floors everywhere made the hotel a little noisy. The only lift is quite small. Anyone not fit enough to use the stairs could have a long wait at busy times. Me dieron la habitación al lado del ascensor y tenía un ruido constante el mismo , también el colchón hera muy malo estaba hundido, por lo demás todo bien.

Pros:

Ik kom hier vaker en altijd is het fijn om hier te verblijven. Het is vooral Spaans georiënteerd en dat zorgt er ook voor dat het eten lekkerder is dan het standaard eten in veel andere hotels. Vriendelijk personeel en perfecte locatie, hou er wel rekening mee dat het een klim is van 200 meter naar de ingang van het hotel vanaf de kant van de boulevard. Bussen richting Albir en het winkelcentrum La Marina op korte afstand.

Cons:

De eerste dagen was het te warm op de kamer, daarna niet meer.
