Pros:

This property and building is a nice place to stay in Ramkhamhang but getting a taxi can be difficult and the staff rejected my booking stating that their rooms are fully booked as I had opted for pay at the counter option while booking. This is a complete new added stress while traveling with family, that they do not provide room for pre-booked customer even when their rooms were not fully booked.

I feel this as a breach of the terms and policies offered by expedia to their customers and I strongly recommend not to depend on this property for your stay in Bangkok.
