Dull and low quality.
Pros:

As a friend said after I stayed, this hotel doesn't respect ALL guests equally.
On my stay, i found the dulness of the staff and rooms to be of an equal standard of dull. Very non descript experience overall.

Very unsatisfactory service and really, really expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Poor condition of rooms that haven changed in 20 years.
Service non descript and the 3rr floor bar still allows smoking, so avoid if you don't like the smell of stale smoke mixed with stale service.

Bellman was not pleasant when addressing Yamato luggage transfer from hotel to haneda airport
Pros:

The staff allowed me to check in earlier but I was dissapointed in the location of my room.

Cons:

Overrated before and marveled at the view and I know you can’t always get a great view but room 1729 is all the way at the end of the corridor w/ a disappointed boew.

Sub standard for price. Restaurants really expensive
Pros:

Not good over past year.
Getting creaky at seams and service gone down.
Too expensive for what you get.
Seems like they're recouping money from lost tourists from existing ones.
Not recommended.
