食事も地元野菜などの食材が多く使われていて、ヘルシーなお料理、外国産？チーズなどの加工食品も良質で美味しく、お部屋の居心地、ベッドや枕の寝心地も良く、広すぎず、狭くないサイズ感にとても落ちつきました。水回りは、シャワールームとたっぷりの湯船が別になっており、脱衣場所やトイレやふたつある化粧台に、水飛沫などがかかる心配もなかったので、とても快適でした。シャンプーなどの備品や、アメニティも、品質が良くて香りも安らぎがありました。

Needs an overhaul, not price increases.
Pros:

Cost cutting seems to have gone too far.
Service at check in is slow and laborious.
Not enough staff to deal with the long lines.
Cleaning service of room is good, but it is difficult to clean rooms where ingrained stains occur. Bar and restaurant prices have massively gone up over the past few years.

さすがシェラトン
Pros:

朝食はとても美味しかったです。
お部屋も予約した部屋よりも広めのお部屋に変更してくださり嬉しかったです。洗面所が2箇所あったので朝の支度にも娘と取り合いにならずにスムーズに支度できました。

Cons:

お部屋でのWi-Fiが分かりづらく使用せずに終わりました

Location rules!
Pros:

Very nice hotel a few steps away from Yokohama station. This grants access to almost everywhere. Rooms were a good size. Very clean.
Bonvoy platinum members are given special treatment. Since they were unable to give us a room upgrade we were given coupons for breakfast at the restaurant instead of being required to have breakfast at the lounge.
Sadly breakfast was the weakest part of our stay. While the food was generally quite good, the choices were limited. I am particular about bread and baked items. The ones here are disappointing.
Staff all around were very polite and courteous.

Spacious and comfortable room. Location is convenient, right next to the station.

Cons:

View from the room window was very “uninspiring”, back side of office buildings with no clear landmarks. Hotel breakfast seemed very expensive, so we skipped it.

Our favorite hotel in Japan!
Pros:

The Sheraton is steps from the Yokohama station, numerous restaurants and Takashimaya. The hotel is large, has many different restaurants and a great lounge where we enjoyed our dinner. The Compass restaurant serves an extensive and impressive breakfast. As Bonvoy Titanium, our upgrade award was honored and we stayed in the most amazing suite. Our stay was outstanding and we didn't want to leave the Sheraton. We hope to return soon!

横浜駅に近くて、観光と飲食に便利。

Cons:

設備が少々古い。スタッフが少々疲れぎみで元気がない。シェラトンのブランドを担っているという気概がない。
