Great hotel and good value.
Pros:

We stayed 3 days at this hotel and the experience was very positive. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the larger rooms on the 21st floor that had the panoramic view of the city of Yokohama. The room was clean and very spacious with a comfortable king size bed.
The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby shopping, train and bus stations and taxis stands. We ate at two of the on-site restaurants and thought the food was very good. Best of all, the cost of the room was very reasonable considering all you get. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yokohama.

Yamamoto, Gaha, Rana and Karl were PERFECT!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Yokohama with my family, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and genuine care shown by the team made our stay truly memorable.

A special thank you to Gaha from the Concierge/Bell Desk, who consistently went above and beyond with warmth and professionalism. Yamamoto, the Front Office Manager, ensured everything throughout our stay was seamless and made us feel genuinely welcomed. And at the Club Lounge, Karl and Rana delivered impeccable service every single time — attentive, friendly, and always making us feel at home.

Thanks to these wonderful individuals, our stay was exceptional from start to finish. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

食事も地元野菜などの食材が多く使われていて、ヘルシーなお料理、外国産？チーズなどの加工食品も良質で美味しく、お部屋の居心地、ベッドや枕の寝心地も良く、広すぎず、狭くないサイズ感にとても落ちつきました。水回りは、シャワールームとたっぷりの湯船が別になっており、脱衣場所やトイレやふたつある化粧台に、水飛沫などがかかる心配もなかったので、とても快適でした。シャンプーなどの備品や、アメニティも、品質が良くて香りも安らぎがありました。

Needs an overhaul, not price increases.
Pros:

Cost cutting seems to have gone too far.
Service at check in is slow and laborious.
Not enough staff to deal with the long lines.
Cleaning service of room is good, but it is difficult to clean rooms where ingrained stains occur. Bar and restaurant prices have massively gone up over the past few years.

さすがシェラトン
Pros:

朝食はとても美味しかったです。
お部屋も予約した部屋よりも広めのお部屋に変更してくださり嬉しかったです。洗面所が2箇所あったので朝の支度にも娘と取り合いにならずにスムーズに支度できました。
