I bet this hotel is up for renovation as they collect funds charging high price for poor conditions.
Pros:

A good location if you come for skiing. Has a convenient ski depot and rental. Fairly good breakfast, although monotonic. A nice view to the mountains through the trees if you are lucky to get one. Nice (wood) smelling hand soap and shampoo. Hot un-adjustable radiators if you need to sleep in a 25+ temperature in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom door stuck as it drags on the floor. Doors are outdated and have no any sound insulation - you can hear clearly what is going on in the corridor.

You will hear water running through the pipes in the wall if someone in your neighbor's bathroom is using shower or at the sink if that bathroom is across your room wall. Also your will clearly hear liquid soap/shampoo being pumped out of wall mounted bottles, especially if someone is in a desperate need for a lot of soap or shampoo. Also you will hear noise from neighbors room if they are speaking or children are screaming.

The room's shower cabin was the smallest I have ever seen in my life - barely 75cm - never thought Italians as Europeans are that compact.

Also never seen a smaller TV screen in my life - seems like only 14" or 15" - probably to improve your vision if you are laying on the bed. Or just to make you sit closer to the TV to improve your body posture.

Sky TV channels are all in Italian, except maybe for a single German ZDF - English only on channels that have separate sound channel and only on movies. And you have to go through each and every channel to try switch it from default Italian to any other sound channel by using yellow button on remote - a good way to force tourists learn Italian as not all staff in surrounding restaurants speak other languages than Italian. We enjoyed channel #5 ant it's Italian "Wheel of Furtune" - I definitely recommend.

Hot un-adjustable radiators if you do not need to sleep in a 25+ temperature in the room.

la camera stretta,bagno piccolo senza finestra,box doccia porta rotta,tutte le finestre rotte,porte da rivedere e sistemare,personale della colazione
inadeguato per due mattine il nostro tavolo non era pronto, colazione appena sufficiente.

Una sera ho ordinato le lasagne "alla bolognese" , ma sono state molto deludenti: sfoglia bianca e ragù molto asciutto.

Cons:

La struttura è un po datata, almeno la camera dove abbiamo alloggiato noi, e la presenza della moquette ai pavimenti non è il massimo, difficile da pulire e mantenere.
