Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Short walk from the train by a river. Breakfast was fab. Happy to provide us with second pillows.

お洒落な気分を味わえるリバーサイドのデザインホテル Riverside cozy design hotel highly recommended!!
Pros:

デザイン性が高く、インテリア、寝間着、朝食など、細部に至るまでこだわりを感じました（備付のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、有料のスキンケアアイテムはOSAJI。）リバービューに宿泊したため、軒先のグリーンと川辺の開放感がありました。スタッフも落ち着いていて接客もあたたかく快適な滞在でした。
また、周囲もお洒落な店舗がいくつかあり、すぐ近くの公園も少し気分転換に散歩するのによかったです。
総じてコストパフォーマンス◎。また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

良くなかったというか、アメニティはほぼ有料なので注意です。（スキンケアアイテム、歯ブラシ、充電器レンタルなど）

Great place to stay
Pros:

It’s a small and cozy hotel so nicely appointed and with such a nice atmosphere. Views are so nice with the river and the cherry trees.

Beautiful clean well kept facilities in an amazing location with helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was really nice. Calm area but well connected to the rest of the city via public transit or by walking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Laundry facilities did not dry well but there was a laundromat around the corner I ended up using. Towels also took a long time to dry after using, making it difficult to reuse them.

perfect for solo female travelers.
Pros:

It’s quaint and chic and i love how helpful the staffs are. Lovely little cafe and the location is really lively facing a park and the river..i will book again in this property!

A thoughtfully designed hotel away from the usual busy area
Pros:

The location away from the typical Umeda, Namba and Shinsaibashi area allowed me to explore a different Osaka neighbourhood. The hotel was located next to a river promenade. The access to the metro was reasonable and the 9 mins walk was pleasant along flat well-paved road. Room was spacious with little touches of well-designed amenities. Even though I got a room with shared bath but the common bath room was dry and spotless and I was the only user. The basin and tap in the bedroom was good enough for simple washing up. The hotel also kindly helped to receive some of my online order. The other highlight was the breakfast. Every choice looked wonderful! I ended up ordering the full breakfast which was a huge serving.

Cons:

I got the river view room but it was really unecessary when the room is at level 2 and there was a road between the hotel and the promenade before one reach the river.
