Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer ausreichend groß. Frühstück geschmacklich gut.. Dachterrasse ist super!

Cons:

Wartezeit beim Frühstück leider lange, da man aus einem Menü auswählt. Hat jedes Mal sehr lange gedauert, bis wir essen konnten. Der Kaffee ist kaum zu trinken. Haben das Frühstück dazu gebucht und dann muss man selbst für einen Cappuccino aufzahlen. Personal bemüht, aber wirkt oft überfordert.

A cozy, quiet and comfortable hug awaits!
Pros:

The staff was attentive and fantastic! We arrived pretty late and had tried to make some adjustments that they weren't at liberty to adjust. However, recognizing our travels had been long and willing to accommodate in other ways, they offered us a more comfortable, spacious and fitting room for two traveling friends!

The food was fantastic and the charm of the little kitchen and cafe in the main floor was just what we needed:) We felt well satiated, rested and ready to take on the next phase of the trip! The luggage forwarding process was seamless and the staff offered recommendations for other phases of our trip. Such a pleasent stay! Also, the night gowns are the absolute BEST!

Pros:

Staff is incredibly kind and helpful…best of my entire trip!

Cons:

The room is a bit minimalist…almost sparse. There’s no TV (not a big deal), no mini fridge and the desk/table and stool are very basic/small. The room felt a bit bare/cold.

Fantastic hospitality in a beautiful chilled Osaka neighborhood.
Pros:

Hotel Noum was so beautiful and a perfect retreat from the busy bright lights of Dotonburi. The room, staff and attention to detail was amazing.

Cons:

Just staying one night was not enough!

Pros:

The location was next to the river and we could see the water lights show which was so cool. We stayed in a basic room and it was pretty basic. The best part was how spacious the bathroom was, the lovely staff and of course the delicious included breakfast! There was also a rooftop with a nice view of the city. It is super close to the train station and a shopping centre which was excellent for our last hotel in Japan. We had a great stay here, but would probably upgrade our room next time!
