The hotel itself was so beautiful; the moment you walk in, you feel the atmosphere to be so relaxing and cozy. The Workers were always so kind. The breakfast is spectacular, and the server was always so happy; she even remembered our orders and how we liked our coffee. The receptionists were always so eager to help and so kind. And the beds were really comfortable; we had to sleep in the bunk beds, and most times they are not comfortable at all, but these were. Plus there was a communal laudry room with washing machines that worked with coins, and it was ready usefull to have those in the hotel.
The only thing I did not like was that the rooms could have been a little bit more cozy in their decoration an interior design. But that is just aesthetics after all.

una chica de recepción que no recuerdo su nombre nos dió las mejores recomendaciones y tambien nos recomendo un restaurante izakaya super bonito, nada turistico y fue impresionante. tambien alquilamos bicis allí y el servicio de diez. además el café estaba increible.
Intimacy, location- close to river and station. The friendly staff and fresh and unique breakfast in the very relaxing coffee shop arra.
Heerlijk ontbijt, vers gemaakt en iedere dag kan je een ander ontbijt kiezen. Het personeel is er heel vriendelijk en enthousiast!!

I ragazzi alla reception gentilissimi e super disponibili, hotel nuovo e ben tenuto, forse le stanze un po’ piccole ma comunque negli standard giapponesi.
La posizione: non è scomodo in assoluto ma ogni volta per muoversi si devono prendere i mezzi e le fermate di metro di riferimento non sono così vicine.

The staff were really lovely, the aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful and the views from the river views were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean.
We had a really uncomfortable sleep. Each single room comes with one tiny pillow which is not even full size which made it near impossible to sleep. There was nobody at reception during the night to ask for another pillow. Would be nice if water was available also as it has been in every other hotel and hostel we have stayed in in Japan.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Frisch zubereitet und mit einer Auswahl von ca. 5-6 Früstücksvarianten. Zur Auswahl standen, die Art des Frühstücks, ein Saft und ein warmes Getränk (Kaffee, Tee), wobei dieses auch kalt zubereitet wurde.
Die Straße kann in der Nacht sehr laut sein, wobei recht wenige Autos fahren. Mein Partner hat sehr sensibel darauf reagiert und konnte nicht gut schlafen. Ich jedoch hatte keine Probleme damit.
We were lucky to arrive just in time for the Omatsuri Festival (the summer festival). The location was very convenient, close to everything. The place is beautiful, and the staff spoke great English and they were amazing! They are very respectful and make you feel at home. We had an incredible time in Osaka, which is such a lovely city. The price was fantastic, the location was incredible, and it was very comfortable. I recommend this place 100%!
We used the service of luggage transfer and everything went smoothly.
