Voll und ganz zufrieden, war meine 1. Unterkunft in Japan.
Pros:

Engagierte junge Leute heissen einem herzlich Willkommen. Kaligraphie Worshop war super. Unglaublich sauber, geteilte Dusche & WC waren sauber als wäre es bei mir zu Hause. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Sie haben auch mein Gepäck für mich nach Tokyo geschickt (glaub für 2-3000y)

Cons:

Für lauffaule Leute ev. Etwas weitweg von Ubahnstation. Aber der Weg am Fluss oder durch kleine Strasse mit Läden&Restaurant empfand ich als sicher und angenehm.

Klein aber fein
Pros:

Als Alleinreisender hatte ich ein nur 10 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer gebucht.
Dies stellte sich als Volltreffer herraus, klein aber fein, mit großem Fenster mit Blick auf den Fluss, voll ausgestattet, für mich auch genügend Platz.
Es handelt sich um das Zimmer 506, besonderer Vorteil sind hier die Waschtrockner sowie Wasserspender und gemeinsame Kühlschränke auf der gleichen Etage.
Da das Zimmer keinen Safe beinhaltet, konnte ich meine Wertgegenstände an Rezeption deponieren.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist an einer angenehm ruhigen Straße am Fluss gelegen, jedoch sind alle U-Bahn-Stationen nicht in direkter Nähe.
Alternativ stehen ständig Taxen vor dem Hotel bereit.

Warm and comfortable space!
Pros:

The check in process was simple and fuss free, the staffs there are very friendly and have a good command of english. Was greeted everytime I left and go back to the building, the experience really felt like a home!
The room felt safe and comfortable, was really glad to have my room at level 5, really accessible to the laundry room, fridge and water refill station.

You get to choose when they do room cleaning, you can either choose to inform them a day before you wish or let them know how often you want it during check in.

Cons:

Not much to not like! For a 3 star hotel the environment was great! Only issue I had was the distance to the metro stations. Might be a bit of a distance to walk to if you like to come with parents, or if you have a lot of luggages. But the road to the hotel is generally a straight and simple one.

Loved staying here! The staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful for my first time in Osaka.
Pros:

Fantastic spot in Osaka with a small café and restaurant onsite. Walking distance to Osaka Castle, Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, and Tenjinbashi-suji Shotengai.

Staff was nice

Cons:

The rooms are unlocked and locked with a standard key. The lock did not feel secure. The rooms are very sterile feeling, large but limited furniture (no lamp, luggage rack, bedside table). Also no safe or mini fridge within the room.

健やかになれるホテル
Pros:

居心地が良い部屋。静かにゆっくりと過ごしたいときに最適。
前には川と公園があるので散歩によし、眺めるによし。
また、朝食は噂通りとてもおいしかった。サーモングリルの柔らかさに感動。ぜひまた食べたい。

Cons:

上下の移動手段がエレベーター1機しかないため、行き来がすこし面倒。階段を開放してもらえると嬉しいが、外階段のようなので難しいのかもしれない。
また、部屋のWi-Fiが弱くなるときがあり、何度か繋ぎ直した。

All you could want in a hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful location, room was a lovely layout and staff were super nice! We were able to rent bikes as well which was a lovely addition.

Cons:

Tried to eat a snack in the lobby and got told off as they have their own cafe/restaurant so would have liked to eat what I purchased before leaving for the day.
