Eigentlich toller Aufenthalt, aber…

Das Ambiente des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine Executive Suite. Für uns praktisch, da wir mit vielen Koffern angereist sind. Die beiden Betten superbequem, das Bad mit tollen Produkten ausgestattet. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück nicht so ganz nach dem Geschmack meines Mannes, für mich lecker. Die Lage war klasse.

Cons:

Dass der nach dem Tee bestellte doppelte Espresso extra bezahlt werden musste, finde ich persönlich unangebracht.

Ich musste den Betrag der Restzahlung nachfragen und korrigieren lassen. Er wurde außerdem zweimal eingebucht. Eine Rückfrage bzgl. einer Steuer wurde nicht beantwortet. Schade

Great one night stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find and just a 6 minute walk from the Canada Line. Very impressive atrium! Helpful, friendly staff. Our room, Premier King Suite, in a corner location was a good size and very clean. Daughter delighted to find complimentary macarons in the room. Our room rate included breakfast at L'alouette adjacent to the lobby - plenty of choices but the portions were huge.

Cons:

Felt we were stung with anticipated 'World Cup' price hikes when we booked (and payment was taken immediately due to the event - months in advance) as the rate looked to have dropped somewhat by the time of our stay. Slightly annoying, but we'd still have opted for the Hotel over others.

퀸 Sweet룸에 머물렀는데 방과 거실이 구분되어 있으니까 좋았고
커피서비스도 있고 와인잔 컵 냉장고 등 편의시설을 따로 요청 하지 않아도 구비 되어 있어 이용하기 편했다.
디파짓 100 불을 먼저 지불 후 체크아웃할때 거의 바로 취소가 되었고 이후 예약 걸려 있는 카드에서 결제 하는 방식으로 운영 됨

Exceptional in every regard

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Hotel Le Soleil was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful start to our stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and great attention to detail. The in-house breakfast and dining were both outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The combination of exceptional hospitality, fantastic food, and a great location made our visit to Vancouver truly memorable. We would highly recommend Hotel Le Soleil to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Vancouver.

Mind blowing
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful. Staff went above and beyond. Rafael the concierge was amazing. Excellent restaurant recommendations made by him. Rafael went out of his way to answer and help with anything questions we had even making our reservations . We are planning a future vacation to stay here longer due to the hotel staff and service.
