Pros:

Good location. Close to Skytrain, Waterfront. Hotel and room were clean. Design and furnishings a bit outdated.

Cons:

Opted for the Breakfast included. Vouchers to adjacent 'Alouette' restaurant. Restaurant staff not attentive, poorly groomed, unorganized service. Mediocre food, cold stale toast. The restaurant was hardly busy, how hard is it to serve warm fresh toast with eggs. Could not imagine what dinner would be like, stay away!

It was good aside from the check in process.
Pros:

Room was good. Facility was clean. Good location.

Cons:

Check in. I reserved the rooms as a group of 9. 4 stayed in this hotel and 5 stayed elsewhere due to FIFA and availability. Anyway it was such a HASTLE to add my sister-in-laws name and credit card info (for incidentals) to the room they were staying in. In the other hotel we stayed at, it was a piece of cake!

Wonderful!
Pros:

All staff was friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay before our cruise!

Cons:

It would have been better for the accommodations to have included breakfast with the price being so high, but it's not big deal. We decided to explore town to find a place to eat.

A beautiful gem in walking distance to a lot!
Pros:

Awesome property with great division between the sleeping areas for families. Very walkable location and easy access to the port. Great to have a little coffee station in the room. The turndown service with wine and macarons was an absolute delight! Definitely add the breakfast to your stay, delicious restaurant downstairs. Wish we had checked it out for happy hour. 1000% will be coming back!

A comfortable elegant place at affordable prices
Pros:

Excellent location for downtown Vancouver and near Canada Place. Staff was willing to upgrade my coffee machine when requested.
