Great experience
Pros:

From the moment we arrived late at 11pm, the night staff could not be more attentive and helpful.
Then in the morning, Jess ( the concierge) was a bubbly helpful young lady who made us feel truly welcome and not do enough for us. She seemed truly interested in our travels.
Jess is a credit to this hotel.
On top of this they offered extra towels and tooth brushes as our luggage was lost in transit.
Truly lovely experience.

Pros:

Jess at concierge is absolutely amazing! She is super helpful, bubbly, and friendly. We only stayed one night and she helped us make the most out of our only day in Vancouver! She also went above and beyond to help us organise getting our lost luggage delivered to the hotel. Rooms were lovely, atmosphere was calm and relaxing. 5 stars mostly thanks to Jess as she made the best impression and made our stay worth it!

Pros:

Couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel for my 1st ever trip to Canada! And hotel concierge, Karina Torres, played a HUGE role in that! All the restaurants, shopping areas, and activities to do in Vancouver were all wonderful whether you’re traveling with a group or solo! Not only was the hotel beautiful and clean, the location was in the middle of everything! Top marks! Therefore I will be recommending this hotel to anyone and everyone traveling to Vancouver.

Great staff! Beautiful hotel! Perfect location!
Pros:

Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the front desk person, to the room service person that we meet in the elevator, to our favorite concierge
Jessica:) We had such a nice conversation with her. She helped us with activities, food choices and even read my mind about wishing that I brought a bottle of wine and brought chocolates for my husband. They appeared in our room. What an enjoyable stay. Thank-you!

Lovely
Pros:

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y habitación confortable, y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal. Las personas que estaban en recepción fueron muy amables. Con la que más tratamos fue con Melany que nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad
