Great staff, very good location to explore Vancouver, easy to get anywhere from here.

Roomspace was a bit tiny when the sofabed was extended. AC wasn't silent and could not be switched off.

French flavoured boutique hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The breakfast was really good with a number of choices. Cooked on site by experienced chefs. Served by cheery wait staff. Ambience superb.
We were upgraded to a lovely suite on the 11th floor. This is an older hotel with lots of French influence. Not perfect but well maintained. It is fairly easily walked to lots of different restaurants if you don’t use their own. Not far from Canada Place ,Gas town and high end shopping. The staff were very accommodating , friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and sights.. We walked to the hotel from the cruise docks. The hotel was charming with a nice French restaurant adjoining the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
